SO happy to hear this! After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year, Patrick began treatment...and so far, it's going well! The cancer doesn't seem to be stopping him from living his life. He said,

"Thought I'd give you guys a little update. Lisa and I have been back and forth from New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby calves. This past weekend, we spent a fun time with friends in Reno for Lisa's birthday, where I took her jewelry shopping at Kenny G & Company and (we) were able to find her something really special and much deserved! In the meantime, I am continuing treatment at Stanford and the great news is I continue to respond well."

I just hope he is able to make a full recovery!

Did you hear rumors that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were on the verge of breaking up? Well, those rumors can be laid to rest now, the couples rep has denied it. He said that the stories are "not true." Seeing pictures of the two leaving a restaurant, they both looked unhappy and that's what got people talking, but a source says,

"Nick and Vanessa did go to dinner that night but there was no fight. When they got in the car, Vanessa looked annoyed in pictures because she was fixing her eyelash!"

Hearing that makes me wonder how many times I've misinterpreted what's going on in a picture..
And in other couples in Hollywood news, Mary Louise Parker and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will not be getting married. The couple has called off their engagement. The two hope to remain friends and hold each other "in the highest regard."
