Patrick Swayze Dies At 57
Dirty Dancing star Patrick Swayze has passed away from pancreatic cancer. The information is confirmed by his rep Annett Wolf.
"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months."
No other details were given.
Patrick will be remembered for so many movies and lines. "Nobody puts Baby in a corner" is probably my favorite. What are some of yours?

Patrick Swayze Hospitalized
I suddenly feel very nervous for Patrick Swayze and his loved ones. Cancer is a tricky disease. One minute you are fine, and the next you are as weak as can be. My family suffered through it with my grandfather and it is trying for all.
The actor has been hospitalized due to pneumonia but hopes to be back on his feet soon enough to start promoting his latest project, The Beast. A&E President Robert DeBitetto released the following statement.
"Patrick has asked that I tell you that he has checked himself into the
hospital this morning for observation after coming down with
pneumonia," said A&E president and general manager Robert
DeBitetto."As anyone who has had a friend or family member that has
undergone treatment for cancer, chemotherapy can take a toll on you
immune system. Patrick did want me to tell you that he is very sorry he
couldn't be at panel this morning, but he plans to get back to
promoting The Beast as soon as he is back on his feet."

Patrick Swayze's Treatment Is Going Well
SO happy to hear this! After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year, Patrick began treatment...and so far, it's going well! The cancer doesn't seem to be stopping him from living his life. He said,
"Thought I'd give you guys a little update. Lisa and I have been back
and forth from New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby
calves. This past weekend, we spent a fun time with friends in Reno for
Lisa's birthday, where I took her jewelry shopping at Kenny G &
Company and (we) were able to find her something really special and
much deserved! In the meantime, I am continuing treatment at Stanford
and the great news is I continue to respond well."
I just hope he is able to make a full recovery!

Nick Lachey And Vanessa Minnillo Not Breaking Up
Did you hear rumors that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo were on the verge of breaking up? Well, those rumors can be laid to rest now, the couples rep has denied it. He said that the stories are "not true." Seeing pictures of the two leaving a restaurant, they both looked unhappy and that's what got people talking, but a source says,
"Nick and Vanessa did go to dinner that night but there was no fight. When they got in the car, Vanessa looked annoyed in pictures because she was fixing her eyelash!"
Hearing that makes me wonder how many times I've misinterpreted what's going on in a picture..
And in other couples in Hollywood news, Mary Louise Parker and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will not be getting married. The couple has called off their engagement. The two hope to remain friends and hold each other "in the highest regard."
