She really is one of the most beautiful ladies in show business. Penelope Cruz graced the cover of W Magazine for their August issue. Aside from how gorgeous she looks on the cover, the old school Hollywood black and white photo is really cool too!

And her are a few snippets from her interview with the magazine.

Penélope Cruz tells W magazine about her inner 'monster': "I'm always finding very tricky and hidden ways to sabotage any beautiful moment. And it's something so internal that I don't think even my friends or family can catch me doing it. But I catch myself doing it. I've had that battle since I was a little girl. It's like, Uh-oh, here it is again, the monster! Go away and leave me alone!"

ON FACING HER FEARS… "I try not to run away from things because I'm scared of them. When you feel you have to say something to someone, and your heart starts going fast because it could be controversial, I always vote for saying it. With time, you get more at peace with it. I used to get very upset about it, and very angry at myself. But now, when it comes, I just send it away."

Penelope Cruz has become a target for reality shows produced in her native Spain. Aggressive cameramen follow her around all day from the moment she steps out of her door in an attempt to fill up the hours of television programming they are committed to running.

"In Spain these TV shows are on for maybe 17 hours a day. They are very cheap to make because they just have somebody running after people in the street with a camera, provoking them, insulting them.

"They are waiting for more and more drama… Unless they have a dead body in front of them, it’s not enough. I mean, it is just beyond crazy and completely unacceptable."

And I thought US celebs had it bad!

A painter enters a relationship with two American tourists. Conflict begins with the painter's jealous ex-girlfriend.

Also in the film are Javier Bardem (can't go wrong with him) and Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett has been very busy lately hasn't she? New music, an engagement and several movies under wraps. Perhaps that is why we haven't seem her around.

A report is circulating saying that Javier Bardem proposed to Penelope Cruz while on vacation in France. The couple is expected to marry later on this year. Another engagement? I thought Ashlee Simpson's engagement news would at least have 24 full hours before another celebrity popped the question.
Javier's family is very excited about the new addition to their group. In fact, Penelope's mother to be told her son:

"What's the matter with you? She's perfect! You love her, she loves you. Get married.'"

I have a thing for Penelope. She doesn't crave press and she is a wonderful actress. I can't wait to see her as a bride. She will literally be breathtaking in her wedding gown right? Well, that is if the engagement rumor is true...

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem aren't being shy about their new romance.  The hot couple took a little stroll through the city of Nice (France) after flying in for the weekend.  They weren't exactly touchy feely in front of the cameras and I know some of you think the blind item from the other day was about Penelope.  I'm still not convinced.
In other news, she always has the best jeans!!!  Penelope and Jessica Simpson...am I right, or am I right?

Right now it's hot in Hollywood to say you don't believe in marriage.  Penelope Cruz was the most recent celebrity to join the club, right after her pal Salma Hayek also spoke out about having no plans to wed her baby daddy.  Salma said,

"I don't have a need for marriage. You want to grow old with someone, you want to have a partner and to have children - we have all those things. Some people need the commitment. Maybe we'll just make the party!"

And Penelope was right after her saying,

"I would love to have children some day, but not for now. I don't know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, in love, in children. It depends on the situation but nowadays I am not sure what marriage is for."

So many other celebrities have talked about this same subject, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as well as Scarlett Johansson have also made similar statements. What do you think?

Penelope Cruz stepped out on the town yesterday to celebrate Javier Bardem's big win at the Oscars.  I'm guessing maybe that's his mom that she's partying with?  Awww, they all must be so happy for Javier! 
While we're on the subject of Javier, at the Oscars all I heard was people talking about was how hot he is...but for me the jury is still out.  What do you think, does Mr. Bardem do it for you, or not?

I know we just had some pictures of Penelope Cruz at the airport, but here she is again in a different more casual outfit. I'm passionate about fashion and I love playing around with clothes, but I'm not really all that into Haute fashion as much as the effortless kind. • George Clooney spent Valentine's day in Vegas and hung out with Sarah's friends and dismissed rumors that he walked up to Nic Cage's house and bought it on sight.

• Anne Hathaway - LOVE IT! Just saw Miley Cyrus... looking for a pic.


• Le SIGH - The Rock. He came to the Oscars by himself (if only he called...)


• Jessica Alba is in plum and Jennifer Garner looks adorable!Searching...


• Amy Adams is cute. She was carrying a really small bag and Ryan Seacrest got her to admit that she is carrying nothing in her bag tonight. It was just for show.


• Jennifer Garner got kissed on the neck by Gary Busey and was very nervous afterwards. Legitimately nervous. She got pulled away and I was keeping my fingers crossed that Gary wouldn't start punching Ryan. That was all very weird wasn't it? Anyone know what that was about?
