"Feud" may be too strong of a word. Yet chef Giada De Laurentiis admits that she and Rachael Ray aren't exactly the best of friends.

'Do we hang out all the time? No. Are we best friends? No,' De Laurentiis tells the June issue of Redbook.

'But if you're not best friends, people assume you hate each other,' continues De Laurentiis, who hosts a new show Giada at Home.

'We laugh about it,' De Laurentiis says. 'We do these festivals together, and she'll say to me, 'Oh, we'd better take a picture together and smile, because if we don't, God only knows what's going to get written about us.' She's a lovely person.' "

I'm glad to hear this because I love them both! Rachael is fantastic for good everyday recipes, and if you ever want to do something fancier, than Giada's recipes are the best.

I wondered if this was over the 'Iron Chef' defeat Giada suffered when she and Rachael competed against each other, but I thought Giada was a bigger person than that ;)

Rachael Ray and her husband John Cusimano were among the individuals who attend the  'Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance 35th Anniversary Dinner' held at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers.

She looks so fresh faced doesn't she? ;)

We all know how busy Rachael is. I wonder if John can keep up. Next to Oprah, Rachael is one of the hardest working women in showbiz with her empire covering almost every medium!

I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck will be visiting the Rachael Ray Show later on today, but I thought I'd give you a sneak peek of the interview. The daytime talk show host dishes about her daughter Grace wearing the pants in her house and how her View co-hosts would rate as babysitters.

Elisabeth on her Daughter Grace:

“Like, I don’t know what it is, she just wants the show and thrilled about another brother or sister because it’s another little tiny person in the house that she can control I think.  I tried to tell her this, I wanted to give her a little message at night. And I was tucking her in… and I’m like Grace, we had talked forever already the poor girl was exhausted, and I said can Mommie just tell you one more thing?  And she looked over and she said “Siggghh Mom, can this wait until tomorrow because I’m exhausted!” Nuts right, I mean leave it to a four year old to just put you in your place all day long!”

Elisabeth on her son Taylor:

“He’s so different my son than Grace.  I remember Grace crawling up on the sofa and falling off and then getting up and brushing yourself off and looking at the sofa like how dare you let me fall off of you!  My son, Taylor will get up on the sofa, climb up and chuck himself off, face plant into the rug, rug burn all over, and get up and do it ten more times.  He’s just wired differently than she is. He’s got a little personality, he scares me a little bit.” 

Elisabeth on her View Co-Hosts Babysitting Her Children:

“All is know is after Whoopi baby sat the kids they would have a rip roaring time, but they would give me no details. They’d be like we had a lot of fun Mommy, but we’re not telling you.  Joy, for whatever reason Joy has this bosom that babies love. So she would definitely have the baby right here. Sherri, they would need no T.V.  Sherri just needs to be there, and she’s like Dora but more!  She’s incredible, plus she has Jeffrey so they’d be able to play.  Barbara, she’s a great burper.  So she would burp the new baby and then she would probably, Grace would come out having written a full story or interview on somebody.  It would be like University Barbara!” 

Can you imagine having Barbara as a sitter? :) LOL!

I have a few excerpts from the interview that I thought you might like to read.

Tyra On How People Are Always Auditioning For Her:

I was in a Japanese restaurant with my mom the other night and there was this woman and she just kept walking around and around and around. My mom was like, is she trying to find the bathroom or is she doing an audition?  I mean she was doing the whole thing!  And sometimes I’ll be on the airplane, this has happened multiple times, and the flight attendants walk up and down the aisles runway walking. 

And I even had the one do the whole thing you know place your oxygen masks this way and pull it this way. She kept looking at me and she was like, place it this way…and then you pull it over and then you help the next person. And I was like oh my God!  She was modeling for me, it was so sad.  I was like okay!  I just go, you’re fierce!  You’re fierce!  And they’re like really?

On Tyra’s Celebrity Crush:

 Kenny G, Oh my God! I was loving some Kenny G!! He would blow that thing, and I’d be like yeah baby.  Loved him!

Kenny G?! Do you see it?

I didn't know this was possible, but it sounds like it's working for TV host Rachael Ray!  She was preparing to have surgery on her vocal cords to remove a benign cyst when a possible alternative was offered: lessons with a vocal coach to learn how to talk differently.

'I have learned how to breathe, to use my cords differently,' Ray, 40, tells PEOPLE. 'I had been tilting my head in a way when I talked that wasn't good for my throat. I've been working on all of that, and it seems to be helping.' 

'It was decided that ... through voice therapy, in six months my vocal cords would be as good as can be,' says Ray. 'Now I see my vocal coach twice a week, and it's really helped a lot.' "

Surgery in general is no fun, and inside your throat?  Really no fun, so I don't blame Rachael for searching for alternatives!  Rachael said she may still need surgery in the future but not for now.

Now, of course, I'll have to listen to see if she sounds different ;)

Jimmy Fallon will be on The RACHAEL RAY show TODAY and I have your sneak peek. He chatted about how he’s adjusting to the “Late Show,” the best piece of advice he got for his new hosting gig, and how he got back at all those girls that dumped him in high school.

On Jimmy adjusting to his hosting duties on “Late Night”:

Yeah, we’re doing good. It’s just like I need to find out like how to talk to people and cut to commercial that seems to be a problem with me. It’s not like when you go to a party and you’re talking and it’s like so anyway that’s a great story, hold on Rachael we’ll be right back with more of Rachael’s story. You can’t just cut people off, so I’m getting used to that. Because there’s like a person behind you going like wrap it up, wrap it up, wrap it up, or like posting thirty seconds left. Or we have to stretch. So I’m like tell me again about your barbeque in really slow motion. Okay I’m going to drink water now.

On the best piece of advice Jimmy got for hosting “Late Night”:

Everyone was really nice. Conan was nice, Kimmel was very nice to me. Jay Leno told me don’t worry about booking the biggest celebrities sometimes because sometimes the biggest celebrity isn’t the best interviewers. So that took a lot of pressure off me, because I was worried about oh who should we get? And he calmed me down and said just get interesting people and that’ll be the way the show works. People are going to watch the show for you, not the guest.

The hunks of the monster hit “Watchmen” visited the RACHAEL RAY show, where we found out that being blue runs in the Crudup family genes! Billy Crudup’s brother Tommy is a Senior Talent Producer at the show, and did his best Dr. Manhattan impersonation.

I saw the movie and enjoyed it. Didn't walk out of the theatre BLOWN away, but had a good time seeing the flick. Who's seen it? What did you think?
