Rachel McAdams Goes For A Bike Ride
Rachel McAdams went for nice relaxing a bike ride in Toronto yesterday afternoon. The actress looked adorable in a black pea-coat, aviator sunglasses and Ugg boots as she rode through the streets of her hometown.
Up next for Rachel is the detective film, 'Sherlock Holmes' due out Christmas Day. The flick also stars Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr. I'm actually really excited to see how this one turns out. From what we've seen so far, it looks like it's going to be great!

More Celebrities Attending Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010
My goodness! Fashion Week is wiping me OUT. I actually caught a cold, am completely run down and had to MISS THE MTV MUSIC AWARDS BECAUSE OF IT. I just couldn't do it - and I wish I kept the award show in mind when I did this week's schedule because I'm absolutely regretting the decision right now.
Fashion Week is a lot of waiting, and pushing, and waiting and... waiting. Even if you have a show every hour, you have to check into each event and then wait for the show to start (which is NEVER on time). The crowds are wild and pushy and not everything is next to the main tent which means lots of cab rides and rushing. My word!
Last year I was sponsored by Oral B, so I never waited for anything. There was no line for me. I had a VIP badge and walked around wherever I wanted. This year is VERY VERY DIFFERENT! LOLOLOLOL!
A friend of mine calls it the "Fashion Week Flu" because all the bloggers end up getting it. I just came down with it earlier than expected.
Celebs obviously don't have to deal with this! Celebrities like Anna Wintour, Alessandra Ambrosio, Tim Gunn, Rachel McAdams, Kelly Rowland, Mena Suvari, Tori Spelling, Lizzie Grubman, and Kristen Johnston either get in from a back door or are whisked right through the crowd. Lucky! Lucky! That's how it is when you have pull right?
Rachel McAdams Can't Wait To Have Children
Rachel McAdams can't wait to have children.
The 'Time Traveler's Wife' star is looking forward to becoming a mother in the future and admits she has been inspired by her own mom.
"Having a few children would be great, I'm looking forward to it someday.
"My mom is a great inspiration to me. She's a nurse and very nurturing and gentle. She lets me be who I am. Hopefully I can take on those qualities and be as great as her."
Aw! That must be so nice to read as a parent. Rachel's mother must be so proud.
The 30-year-old actress plays a mother in 'The Time Traveler's Wife' and says it was a "challenge" because it was something she had never done before.
"I was excited and nervous about it because I haven't done it before. It was a welcome challenge.
"The little girls Hailey McCann and Tatum McCann in this film were so fantastic. They are real sisters and they made my job really easy. So I didn't have to work too hard at that."
The actress' role in 'The Time Traveler's Wife' spans several decades and Rachel recently revealed how she loved playing a teenager again.
"It was fun to be 16 again. We spent a lot of time talking about the hair and the clothes and the make-up."
That's the best part about being an actress right? Getting to relive past experiences as well as do things the average person would probably never do.
Rachel McAdams Isn't Hounded By The Paparazzi
Rachel McAdams isn't hounded by the paparazzi...and I almost wish she lived in L.A. so that she were :P I just love seeing this girl, she's one of my favorite actresses.
But, lucky for Rachel, she is able to live a relatively normal life.
"Besides not leaving the house, staying housebound and never seeing the light of day, I guess I just tend to go about my everyday business not bothering anyone. Nobody really cares that I go to the post office or buy deodorant at the drug store. No one's really interested. I always used to think this was exciting stuff but no one really cares. I think if I lived in New York it would all be a little bit more high-profile, but in Toronto where I live, no one really cares."
If you were a celebrity would you rather be more high-profile and possibly be able to further your career because of it or fly low on the radar like Rachel and have a semi-normal life?

Eric Bana And Rachel McAdams Dish On Doing Nude Scenes
Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams are co-starring in the new film 'The Time Traveler's Wife.' Apparently, there's some nudity that Eric wasn't expecting since the movie is rated PG-13, which he discussed with Rachel during an Entertainment Tonight interview.
Aussie hunk Eric asks Rachel, "All your nude scenes were cut. How did
that happen? I stupidly assumed that because it was PG-13, that even
though it was written that there was nudity, that there was no chance
there [would be] nudity. … I lost my clothes quite a few times. But I
always kept my back to camera. I kept it safe."
The actors said that although time travel is a key element of the plot, it's really a romance. Rachel said:
"... I didn't have an intense fascination with time travel [before
making the movie]. It was more that I read the book and time travel was
just a unique element of a really great love story.""I just saw it as a device to arrange these two characters [who
are] apart who are really wanting to be together," agrees Eric, "and it
was very moving as a result."

Robert Downey Jr. Reveals His Man Crush
While talking about his upcoming 'Sherlock Holmes' movie at Comic Con, Robert Downey Jr. revealed his man crush: 'Sherlock Holmes' co-star Jude Law. Another co-star, Rachel McAdams, joked that the real relationship in the film was between Robert's Sherlock and Jude's Watson.
"It's called circumstantial homosexuality," he jokingly told the press at Comic-Con Friday...
[When they first met] "Jude walks down the hall and my assistant – who never cares about
anything – is standing in the hall and she's like, 'Oh my God, there he
is!' He was dressed in that kind of fabulous, super expensive,
under-dressed way."I said, 'Dude' – and
literally before he said he was going to do the movie, before he said
that he was available, before he said that he either did or didn't want
to be courted, we just started talking like two serious actors about
what would need to happen to make this work as a piece of straight
drama. We just became really close really quickly, because we just
rolled up our sleeves and started working from jump."
I can't wait to see these two together in 'Sherlock Holmes': can you?

Patrick Wilson and Rachel McAdams were spotted filming scenes for their new film 'Morning Glory'
in New York City Wednesday afternoon. By looking at Rachel's expression, I think they may be filming a fight scene. She still looks adorable angry : )
A hotshot television producer is set the challenge of reviving a struggling morning show program, despite the constant feuding of its high-profile anchors.
The film also stars Harrison Ford, Diane Keaton and Jeff Golblum. What an all-star cast!
