It’s been confirmed: Bethenny Frankel is returning to her reality TV roots for the upcoming season of ‘Real Housewives of New York.’ However, her daughter Bryn may not be returning with her. The judge shot down Teresa Giudice’s request to be placed in a halfway house during a conference call with Teresa’s new attorney and prosecutors. The judge reportedly said she should have mentioned it during the court proceedings on October 2, although Radar Online reports the judge likely wouldn’t have honored the request anyway. Well, Teresa has retained new legal counsel, and her attorney has already sent a letter to the judge in an attempt to get placed at the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, which is close to New Jersey, over the federal prison on West Virginia.
