Reese Witherspoon At The Airport
Reese Witherspoon is the reason why I added a travel wear section. Here she is arriving to LAX yesterday wearing a cute black outfit with brown boots and a purple scarf. While I'm one of those people who typically don't put black and brown together, I have to admit that Reese is rocking it.
Also at LAX were Josh Brolin, Diane Lane and John Mayer.

Reese Witherspoon's Kids Aren't Spoiled
Seeing as how Reese Witherspoon is the highest paid actress in all of Hollywood, if she spoiled her kids rotten at Christmas time it wouldn't really be all that surprising. But, the Oscar winner is determined to keep Ava and Deacon down to Earth, by not showering them with gifts.
When asked about Christmas presents, Reese says,
"I’m a little strict about that kind of stuff. I think kids do best when they only have a couple of things that they really
enjoy. I try and stay away from the gluttony of things."
The kids won't have crazy mountains of gifts under the tree this year.
“They don’t appreciate it as much. When they only get one or two things they
really like it.”
I know some people who go nuts at Christmas time because they want their kids to have a holiday like their family never had. Others try to have some restraint, but honestly, I don't know anyone who limits gifts to one or two under the tree. Which end of the spectrum do you fall on?
Reese Witherspoon Spends Thanksgiving With Gwyneth Paltrow And Jake Gyllenhaal
Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal were each spotted leaving a Thanksgiving party thrown by Richard Rogers at his Chelsea home in London. Looks like the trio spent Thanksgiving together on the other side of the pond.
I thought Gwyneth said she was taking care of the cooking for all of her ex-patriot pals? Guess it didn't work out.

Reese Witherspoon & Harry Connick Jr At The Late Show With David Letterman
Reese Witherspoon looked gorgeous in navy (black?) as she arrived to "The Late Show With David Letterman" to promote her new movie, "Four Christmases" co-starring Vince Vaughn. I love both of them so I'm definitely planning on seeing it this holiday season.
A couple struggle to visit all four of their divorced parents on Christmas Day
Also photographed arriving to The Late Show was super sexy Harry Connick Jr. I have no idea what he was promoting, but with a voice and face like that I think he should be on all the talk shows... :)

Reese Witherspoon House Hunting
The adorable Reese Witherspoon was out shopping for homes in the West Village yesterday afternoon and snacking on a cookie. With Four Christmases right around the corner, I wonder if Reese is worried about how it will be received. Do celebs get anxious before the release of a film? They never really talk about that part - it's always just about the acting.

Reese Witherspoon At Four Christmases Premiere
Does this movie look hilarious or what? Reese Witherspoon attended the world premiere of "Four Christmases" at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
I love how they created a little winter wonderland as a backdrop for the event even though Hollywood hasn't seen that much snow since the ice ages.
What do you think about the sweetheart shaped dress Reese chose for the event? And I had to post Kristin Chenoweth's choice because I think it warrants a discussion.

Reese Witherspoon Hates What Being A Celebrity Does To Her Children
Yesterday we heard about Jennifer Garner's issue with a crazed stalker and today we learn that Reese Witherspoon's children get harassed on a daily basis. Just awful!
Reese made the decision to remove Ava from a "wonderful school" because the paparazzi wouldn't leave her alone.
"She was so harassed that we had to take her out.
And it doesn't stop on school grounds. The photographers even ruin family occassions like Halloween egging on the kids to get the right shot.
"The most difficult part is seeing my children being followed and harassed.
They’ve been treated terribly. They were shouted at in their Halloween costumes, photographers screaming, ‘You don’t look scared.’"
The drama has prompted the protective mom to think twice about life in Hollywood.
"I hope not to live in this place forever."
And she tells Parade magazine that fame has become somewhat of a curse.
"It removes me from people. When I first meet someone, it is so hard for me to overcome everything they’ve read about me. It’s not fair.
"It’s difficult, because I’m the kind of person who just wants to hug people."
So very sad. It's different and almost easier for single people to handle the pressure of Hollywood. But when your children are involved, it becomes a serious issue. But there are actors that manage to keep their children out of the public eye. Julia Roberts, Johnny Depp and Bon Jovi are a few that came to the top of my head. Those three make it a TOP priority to keep their babies out of it all.
