Twilight Saga's Fourth Installment Could Start Filming In Fall
Wyck Godfrey, the producer of the Twilight movies says that Breaking Dawn, the fourth movie in the Twilight Saga could start shooting in Vancouver this fall already. The script isn't ready, there's no director yet and it's not yet known if the movie will be split into two installments, but the most important ingredient is there: all 3 lead actors are signed on to do it. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner have all said "yes" to movie #4. Wyck said that Melissa Rosenberg, who wrote the other 3 scripts, is busy working on Breaking Dawn and it's "a work in progress".
On the possibility of it being broken up into two movies:
"The issue [of whether there will be one or two movies] is not going to be resolved until we get the full treatment and see whether it's organic. If it's not organic, I don't think it will be done, and if it is, it will be. It really has to do with how much level of detail from the books there is, with all of these new vampires that appear in 'Breaking Dawn,' the whole section about Jacob... It's a very long single movie if it does become a single movie."
He said he doubts that 'New Moon' director Chris Weitz would come back:
"I think everyone would be happy and excited if he came back, but I don't think it's going to happen."

Cam Gigandet Enjoys A Break With Family
Actor Cam Gigandet (Twilight, The O.C.)was snapped out in Hollywood with his girlfriend Dominique Geisendorff and their daughter Everleigh Ray. He should enjoy this down time while he can - take a look at this guy's upcoming projects!
I'm exhausted just looking at his IMDB page! All of these are listed for 2010! Crazy!

Cam is listed as being part of the cast in 'New Moon' because they used a little flashback clip from 'Twilight'. I often wonder how much an actor gets paid for something like that - not actually being in a movie but a small clip of the previous movie is used? Another example is Robert Pattinson in the Harry Potter movies. He wasn't technically in the 5th one but they used a little photo of him and so he's listed as an actor in that movie. Do they get paid for that? It's probably pretty nice to get that acting credit and not have to do any of the work, right? lol

Director David Slade Tweets While Working On Eclipse
Director David Slade is giving fans a bit of a play-by-play while he works on putting together 'Eclipse'. He Tweeted several updates and teases today. It sounds like things are coming along well but changes might be in store.
This one makes me a little nervous:
Wolf reviews today, looking better & better. The Eclipse story and they way we approached the film calls for a much more realistic approach.
I loved the way the wolves looked in 'New Moon'. I would think they'd want to stick with essentially the same look for 'Eclipse' but it's not sounding like that'll be the case.
Been quite a week, we almost have our composer, all fingers crossed for some great news soon.
I vote for Carter Burwell. He did an amazing job on' Twilight's' score!
Robert Pattinson fans will be happy to hear this:
As we cut. Edward seems to be a really strong presence, the intensity of the love story & rivalry between Jacob is in the driving seat.
Jacob & Bella are matching with intensity, & it's all even with the action sequences. Right now we are in a great state of balance

I was pretty laid back about 'Eclipse' but now reading these Tweets has me all worked up and impatient to see the movie! 'Eclipse' is such an intense book filled with so much emotion - I hope David can capture all of it perfectly. I don't ask for much. lol I think it'd be amazing to hang out with him and see the process of it being put together.

'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' Coming To An IMAX Near You
You can hear the fan girls squealing already! Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the Twilight Saga movies, announced today that 'Eclipse' will be the first in the series (and the first for Summit) to be digitally re-mastered in IMAX format. The IMAX version will be released simultaneously with the "regular" one on June 30.
"Twilight moviegoers will have a whole new way to experience this next installment of the series, with the enhanced image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience putting them in the movie," said Richie Fay, Summit's president of domestic theatrical distribution.
So, the New Moon fever died down a bit and now it seems the studio has switched gears to Eclipse already. It seems funny that the filming for this is already finished and the movie is only 6 months away! We usually have such a long wait for sequels in a franchise. I'm sure we are only weeks away from the announcing whether 'Breaking Dawn' will be made as one movie or split into two. I'll admit that I'm excited for this movie -'Eclipse' was my 2nd favorite book in the series (Twilight will always be my favorite). Will you see this at an IMAX theater?

Trailer For New Robert Pattinson Movie "Remember Me"
The trailer for Robert Pattinson's latest movie, Remember Me, debuted this weekend - attached to the New Moon showings. The movie doesn't come out until March of 2010, but Summit wanted the fan girls to get an advanced sneak peek.
A drama centered on two lovers whose newfound relationship is threatened as they try to cope with their respective family tragedies.
The movie also stars Emilie de Ravin, Pierce Brosnan, and Martha Plimpton. Also, in this is Chris Cooper, who you might recognize as the dad next door in American Beauty.

Uma Thurman Teams With Robert Pattinson For New Movie
Uma Thurman and Robert Pattinson have signed on to do the big screen adaptation of the Guy de Maupassant short story, Bel Ami.
an ambitious young Parisian journalist George Duroy (Pattinson) who furthers his career by sleeping his way to the top.
Uma's character is the wife of an army friend of his and she refuses to have an affair with Robert's character but helps with his writing.
Kristin Scott Thomas has been cast in the role of his mistress, Madame Walter,
the wife of his editor who becomes clingy when he tries to end the affair.

Kristen Stewart Glams It Up For New Moon Fans In Madrid
Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner continue on the crazy press tour for Twilight Saga: New Moon. This time they are attending a Spanish Fan Party held at Palacio de Vistalegre in Madrid, Spain. The men always have some variation of a nice suit but the one we know we're all watching is Kristen - to see what she'll wear next. Doesn't it almost look like the three of them color-coordinated a bit?
Can you imagine doing that much traveling? They were already in the UK and France this week, too.
What do you think of Kristen's dress this time around? I always think of her style on the red carpet as very "rock and roll" and edgy. In case you were wondering... the actress wore a Spring '10 Balenciaga grey jersey organza embossed top and a petrol leather and rayon skirt.
