I love reading about Rod Stewart only because I get to hear his wife's name - Penny Lancastar. To me, her name sounds like it belongs to a lead in a great mystery novel. I just love it!

Well in case you were interested, Penny Lancastar and her husband are trying for another child. But one thing is preventing that from happening immediately... and that's Rod's age.

"Trust me, I am trying my very hardest to have another child. But I am not quite Superman like I used to be. I am in my 60s now."

But Lancaster disagrees:

"He’s lying, he is Superman."

The couple have one child, two-year-old son Alastair Wallace.

Rod Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster were spotted in the South of France on vacation with their son Alastair. Rod is 62 years old and his youngest will turn two this November. Can you imagine at 62 still having to change diapers? Ah, who am I kidding? I doubt Rod is on diaper duty on a regular basis.

Rod Stewart told Rolling Stone Magazine that his daughter " had an inflamed liver and she's perfectly fine now". Embarrased by her father's "big mouth", Kimberly contacted People Magazine to set the record straight.

"I love my dad but sometimes he has a big mouth and not just when he's singing," Stewart, 27, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "I don't have a liver disease. I was exhausted and feeling sick from burning the candle at both ends, and my doctor told me to cut back on drinking and smoking, which I have, and I feel so much better." (source)

"We are going to have one more after we are married next year. Then the railroad station will be closed permanently with no ingoing or outgoing traffic... I'll line up for the big snip. My snip day might be declared a national holiday and even be televised."
