Sarah Silverman Says She And Jimmy Kimmel Are Friends
A couple of days ago, I wondered if Sarah Silverman was taking a little dig at ex-boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who wondered.
When Us Weekly got a chance to talk to Sarah about the new season of her show 'The Sarah Silverman Program' (it's on Comedy Central), they got to ask her about it.
US: You recently made some comments about exes that seemed to take aim about Jimmy. What’s your relationship with him like now?
I'm actually glad you asked because this week has been ridiculous -- Jimmy and I are friends! I said that this new guy was super skinny and people reported that I called Jimmy fat - Jimmy's perfect! I said that this new guy says sweet things and all of a sudden the news is that Jimmy never told me I was pretty! Give me a break! The gossip blogs are putting a strain on a real nice post-relationship relationship I have going with one Mr. Jimmy Kimmel, who loved me even when my thighs were at their biggest.
Sarah is forever the comedienne- LOL!
Yet I don't know... those comments still seemed like they were aimed at Jimmy. I mean, they broke up for a reason. Are you convinced by Sarah's comment or is she doing some damage control?

Sarah Silverman Gives Jimmy Kimmel A Little Dig?
Sarah Silverman has moved on after her split with Jimmy Kimmel last March, but in a recent interview she seemed to offer up a small jab or two. Sarah has started dating writer Alec Sulkin and she shared a little of what makes their relationship different.
She says that he's
"the first guy in a decade who's given me any kind of compliment, like saying I'm pretty or anything,"
She says he's opposite of the type of man she normally dates:
"He's really skinny. Usually I like pudgy, macho-ish guys," says Silverman,
"But I think I mistook macho-ish for strong, emotionally. And I think it's really the opposite."
Ouch.
She went on to say that dating when you're famous is a bit difficult:
It felt a little isolating," she says. "Part of the fun of meeting someone is having them discover you. You're doing your little tap dance, like, 'This is me!' And then [the person has] all these preconceived notions, things that are partially true and partially not."
