Rihanna Misses Chris Brown, Disappointed In LAPD
When Rihanna sat down for an interview on The Bert Show, Q100 in Atlanta, she talked more about Chris Brown and the aftermath of the assault. She admitted there are "constant reminders" of Chris in her life but she doesn't turn his songs off when they come on the radio.
Her ambivalence toward Chris, despite ending her relationship with him, isn't too uncommon, but I can see where it confuses some people.
Rihanna also said she felt the LAPD exploited her by releasing the pictures of her battered face after the assault.
"They were definitely trying to exploit me only because they sold it," Rihanna said. "If they were trying to save me they would put it out .... it made me feel very unsafe in the LAPD Department because it was a confidential case."
The Disturbia singer said the "most disappointing part" that the officials who released the picture were female.

I thought Tila Tequila was doing better after her altercation with NFL player Shawne Merriman and then her troubled twitter posts, but now it doesn't sound like it. According to TMZ, Tila posted live streaming video of herself "naked and ranting" on her Ustream page.
Tila said, "People call me an attention whore .. or whatever ... but excuse me I'm a grown a** woman and I'm confident in myself ...I think a woman's body is a beautiful thing ... that's why I'm a lesbian ... I was born naked ... anybody who is against that is gay and in denial.
"I am an angel ... because I am here to save the world with my army."
Tila also claims "this is the last time I'll ever be on ustream ever again."
TMZ reports Tila was going on like this for hours, including calling Shawne a "woman beater."
The video was later taken down, and Tila's attorney had this to say to TMZ:
[The attorney] thinks the "domestic violence" incident with Shawne in September may have "pushed her over the edge."
Nownejad acknowledges something is seriously wrong with Tila and he's trying to figure out how to get her some help.
Talk about the dangers of the internet. At least someone seems to realize Tila needs help; hopefully her attorney will pursue this until she receives treatment.

Aaron Carter Has A Million Reasons To Be Sad
I hope Aaron Carter's gig on' Dancing With The Stars' paid well. The singer, who was booted from the show last week, has been handed a hefty bill from the IRS. It turns out that Aaron owes the government $965,284.97 just from 2003! Must've been the year when he was in the midst of his popularity. He also owes another $45,350.11 from 2006. Ouch!
Can you imagine getting a bill like that? I wonder how this happens if you hire an accountant to manage your money for you. Unless he didn't, who knows. How scary, especially if you don't have the means to pay it. I'm sure Aaron can come up with the money but wow...just crazy.
In other DWTS news, Julianne Hough, who sat out this season, has confirmed that she will not be back for season 9, either.
“No I’m not [coming back] next season,” Hough, 21, told Ryan Seacrest at the New Moon premiere Monday night in Los Angeles.
When Ryan asked if she'd be back the season after that, she simply responded:
“We’re going go cross that bridge when we come to it,” she said.

Are The 'True Blood' Male Leads Competing For Air Time?
According to Betty Confidential, the answer would be: yes. Sources tell Betty that 'True Blood' star Alexander Skarsgard wants more screen time than Stephen Moyer. Although Stephen is considered the lead, Alexander reportedly thought he would get more to do when the audience had such a positive response to his character, Eric.
Now that he's dating Evan Rachel Wood in real life, he is said to want their characters to become the next "super couple" on 'True Blood.'
"He wants to be the next Stephen and Anna. But Rachel’s character is only recurring and she’s a villain. And fans don’t favor her character like they do Sookie."
Alexander reportedly has even gone so far as to ask showrunner Alan Ball to show him scripts for season three (after feeling like his character got a bit sidelined last season), but Alan declined.

Fergie Gets Support From The Black Eyed Peas
One source of support Fergie has during all these rumors that husband Josh Duhamel had a one-night stand with a stripper is her bandmates, The Black Eyed Peas.
"They are a beautiful couple," Will.i.am told In Touch about the scandal-ridden pair at the launch of fellow Pea Taboo’s sneaker line with Jump Footwear, TABOOXJUMP, in New York on November 12.
"All that stuff is nonsense. We don't allow that to get to her. We're here to be supportive," Taboo chimed in...
They also talked about how Fergie is coping.
"She has such a great sense of humor. She's able to make us laugh. She can let her hair down and just be my sister that I really love having in my band," Taboo added.
It must be great to have friends like these guys nearby at times like this.

Lindsay Lohan's Teary Confrontation With An Ex
Lindsay Lohan reportedly stormed out of Brittny Gastineau's birthday party earlier this week after a confrontation with an ex, Courtenay Semel, according to the NY Post.
A source said, "Everyone was trying to keep [Lohan and Semel] apart, especially since Courtenay is recently out of rehab and has pleaded with Lindsay to do the same.
"Everything was fine for a while, and Lindsay seemed happy, but then there was a confrontation when she came out of the bathroom, and she ran out in tears. Everyone fears she's on some kind of self-destructive collision course."
When the Post contacted Lindsay's rep about the incident, the rep only said "That's news to me," while Courtenay's rep did not return calls.
The evening about Brittny's birthday party, Lindsay reportedly was out partying with Stavros Niarchos until 7 am. It doesn't sound like Michael Lohan's concerns about completely unfounded, but his tactics are still far more detrimental than helpful (even if they are profitable for him).
A Beverly Hills addiction counselor had this to say about Michael's attempts to get Lindsay to return to rehab:
"Her dad is putting her in a scary situation. Getting her into rehab should be done quietly with love and respect, not by public criticism. He is just forcing her to rebel, and it's just a time bomb waiting to happen."
That makes complete sense to me. Hopefully this situation won't get any worse.

Jon Gosselin Suing TLC For $5 Million
According to PopEater, Jon Gosselin has filed a lawsuit against TLC. He is reportedly seeking damages from the company in the amount of $5 million dollars.
The suit alleges that TLC:
damaged his reputation and is preventing him from finding work elsewhere, according to PEOPLE
Jon's lawyer says that it's been rough for Jon and TLC is to blame.
"Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and it has caused him financial losses," his attorney Mark Heller says.
Heller also claims that Jon was taken advantage of back when he signed the original contract for 'Jon and Kate Plus 8'.
"They had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement,"
Oh my. This ought to be quite the battle. Do you think TLC is to blame for damaging Jon's reputation?
