Kourtney Kardashian is said to be softening her stance on custody with her ex, Scott Disick. Last week word had it that she wanted sole custody. Now word has it that she actually wants to share joint physical and legal custody of their three kids with Scott.

50 Cent may have filed for bankruptcy, but that didn’t appear to help him in his sex tape case, where he was found liable for damages after releasing a woman’s sex tape online. Yesterday he was ordered to pay her an additional $2 million, on top of the $5 million he had already been ordered to pay her.
Have you been following the saga with Chris Brown in the Philippines? He went there for a concert, but when he was about to leave the country to go to Hong Kong for another performance, the Immigration Bureau refused to allow him to leave. He and a concert promoter are being sued for canceling a concert last year after Chris said he was unable to find his passport. The concert organizers say he and the promoter were paid $1 million, and that money was not paid back.
