Yesterday it was announced that TLC had pulled all scheduled episodes of ’19 Kids and Counting’ from the network. They ran a ’19 Kids and Counting’ marathon on Thursday evening, just hours after Josh Duggar, along with his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and his wife, Anna, released statements acknowledging that he had done some “inexcusable” things when he was a teenager.
TLC has pulled ’19 Kids and Counting’ from the schedule. Their ’19 Kids and Counting’ marathon from last night was NOT well-received in light of Josh Duggar acknowledging that he had sexually abuse several girls when he was a teenager.
Oh boy. The fallout from the Duggar bombshell is getting worse. Now Mama June Shannon, of the canceled ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ is weighing in, threatening to sue TLC if they don’t cancel the Duggars’ show, ’19 Kids and Counting,’ like they canceled her show when it was alleged that she was dating a convicted child molester.
And of course things are getting more complicated for the Duggars. Oprah Winfrey reportedly pulled the plug on the Duggars’ scheduled appearance on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ back in 2006 after a Harpo staffer got a tip that Josh Duggar had sexually molested several young females, and that tip seems to be what got the police involved.
Have you heard the rumors about Josh Duggar allegedly sexually abusing some people when he was a teenager? I first heard it and thought it was quite an accusation to level against someone. Well, it turns out the rumor is true. Josh released a statement to address the allegations along with his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and his wife, Anna.
The first official trailer for the new Amy Winehouse documentary, simply titled ‘Amy,’ has been released. The documentary is being shown at Cannes Film Festival. The documentary is getting some extra attention because Amy’s family, which initially supported the project, has now come out in opposition to it.
Bill Cosby is facing yet another lawsuit: this one from former supermodel Janice Dickinson. She’s publicly alleged that he sexually assaulted her in 1982. The statute of limitations has passed for her to be able to sue for the alleged assault itself, but since the comedian’s rep denied her allegations, she’s suing for defamation.
