Heidi Klum has become a mother for the fourth time! She has given birth to her first daughter by her husband Seal on Friday morning (she has another daughter Leni by Italian businessman Flavio Briatore). Heidi and husband Seal have named their new daughter Lou Samuel. The couple already have two sons, and a daughter. This second daughter will polish it off and great a nice even number for the couple, which is a good thing since they don't plan on having any more children.

Originally Klum's rep denied the Heidi went into labour late Thursday evening, but reports are that the couple just wanted to prevent media attention. When contacted about the birth, Heidi's rep said "no comment". Hmm, I think that says it all!

Heidi is SUCH a great mom to her children and I'm so happy that they're one of the few healthy Hollywood families. Congrats!

UPDATE: Right now there are some conflicting reports on whether or not Heidi has given birth. Sources for Radar magazine have said that Heidi has given birth while sources close to Heidi have told Just Jared that she has not.

We all know that Heidi Klum and Seal renew their wedding vows each year on their anniversary. Originally, they had plans to return to Mexico, but since the swine flu outbreak, have opted against it.

Thinking on their feet, the couple decided to throw a "white trash"-themed ceremony.
The German supermodel and her musician husband hired an Elvis impersonator to officiate the service, which was held at a friend's Malibu home on Saturday.

Pregnant Heidi styled her long blonde hair in corn rows and donned a tight, nylon lace jumpsuit. She was also seen pretending to smoke a cigarette during festivities.
Seal sported a mullet-style wig and a jacket featuring the American flag.

I love it! LOL

The couple were joined by 75 friends, including Debra Messing and Matthew Perry, who wore a variety of casual items, including jean shorts, leather jackets and leopard-print patterned tops.

"After the ceremony, and as the sun set, Seal took care of Heidi and helped her put on black leather jacket so she would stay warm. Even with cornrows, Heidi looked stunning. Everyone was laughing and having good time."

Explaining why the couple renew their vows annually, Seal previously said:

"We love it. It's great saying your vows again. You remember who it was you fell in love with. It's also a good excuse to have a big party, and we have a different theme every year."

So utterly romantic!

Heidi Klum and Seal's annual trip to Mexico has special significance for the couple: it's where they married on May 10, 2005, and they return every year on the same date to renew their wedding vows. Yet they have canceled their trip this year due to the swine flu.

'Heidi was worried about border closings and her three small children,' the insider reveals. 'And of course, she's pregnant.'"

I think that's such a sweet ritual, I hate to see it canceled, but I completely understand Heidi's concerns!

Although they can't go to Mexico, the couple reportedly still plans to renew their vows at home in LA.
