Sean Penn Rescues Two People While In Haiti
Sean Penn saved two lives in Haiti yesterday. The Oscar-winning actor was on a rescue mission in the earthquake hit Caribbean nation when he discovered an orphaned child and a woman badly injured in a collapsed building.
Sean runs the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization and brought his 19-year-old daughter Dylan with him to try those still in need of aid. He managed to free the pair before personally driving them to the University of Miami hospital camp in the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince.
The ‘Milk’ star then waited for both the woman and child to be treated for their injuries before taking them back to his home as they had nowhere else to go.
“We have to save Haiti. Relocation is, right now, the primary focus."
He also admitted he may pull out of the ‘Three Stooges’ movie as he’s “not in a very funny state of mind right now”.
Wow - how wonderful and selfless.
Sean Penn Will Face Criminal Charges
According to TMZ, Sean Penn will be charged with criminal battery and vandalism (two misdemeanor counts) today after a run-in with paparazzi. TMZ caught the incident on camera:
Sean allegedly broke the paparazzo's camera when he kicked him. If convicted of both counts, Sean could face one and a half years in jail.
I doubt Sean will see the inside of a jail cell over this, but it seems like he'd have learned how to control his temper a little better by now. He's been in the business long enough to know that paparazzi is part of the deal (although I can see where it would get irritating sometimes).

Model Admits To Having Relationship With Sean Penn
Tyra Banks is one good interrogator. Today she "badgered" model Jessica White into revealing her relationship with nearly divorced actor, Sean Penn. Jessica and Sean had been snapped out and about together less than a month after Robin Wright filed for divorce. Jessica was a guest on Tyra's show today and Tyra didn't beat around the bush with the questioning:
"Is Sean Penn your boyfriend? I saw you with him," Tyra Banks asks White, a former guest judge on America's Next Top Model's Cycle 13. "Can I say that? Is that OK, is that too much?"
"No, it's not too much," White replies.
Tyra then holds up photos of the two holding hands. At first Jessica says the two are friends:
"I hold hands with my friends," she says
"Ooooh, she's dating Sean Penn!" Banks replies.
"No, I didn't say that," White says. "[We] used to. Past tense
So, she admits it but tries to play it off like things have now cooled off between the two. There must not be hard feelings, though, because she says this of Sean:
"He is a very sweet guy."

Sean Penn's Son Arrested
Sean Penn’s teenage son was reportedly arrested last week. 16-year-old Hopper was allegedly taken into custody by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department after offices visited his high school in Malibu.
Because he is a minor, authorities have not released details as to why he was arrested or if any charges have been made.
The news of Hopper’s reported arrest comes weeks after Hopper’s mother Robin filed for divorce from Sean, citing "irreconcilable differences".
In April, Sean filed for separation from Robin but a month later asked California's Marin County Superior Court to dismiss the case claiming it was an "arrogant mistake".
Looks like we aren't going to get more details on this one. I just hope this family finds some peace. There seems to be a lot of negative things happening in their world as of late.
Robin Wright Penn Talks About Her Divorce
Robin Wright Penn and Sean Penn have been through a lot and I'm sure it's terribly hard to go through a divorce in the public eye. Robin filed for divorce in August for what just might be the final time. She shared some insight into starting her life fresh.
"New beginnings, definitely," she tells Redbook in its November issue, out Oct. 27. "For me, my career too. My kids are older now
She realizes they can't exactly keep their divorce out of the public but she doesn't feel obligated to share the details with the media.
"It never [feels good]," she says of their public split. "Yes, it's divorce; it's a given that it will be public. But … it's so disrespectful. 'You're an actress, you owe us this?' 'F--- you,' is what I say."
Asked if she'd remain friends with her ex, with whom she has two children, she answered, simply: "Yeah."
Currently Robin is keeping busy filming "The Conspirator". She's also one of the voices in the upcoming A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey. I'm very excited about seeing that one in 3D!

Robin Wright Penn Files For Divorce
The on-again, off-again couple is apparently off-again. After two splits (with two filings of divorce papers) and their last reconciliation in May, Robin Wright Penn filed divorce paperson August 12.
Some people were saying her comments in More magazine about her marriage were made before they reconciled last May but maybe not. Here's what Robin told More:
[T]he actress told More magazine that she had no plans to
reconcile with her husband. "I hit that crossroad a while ago," she
said. "I know what I don't want."[F]riends tell More
magazine for its September issue that the couple had a "peculiar
chemistry." Penn Wright herself said, "I, we, have two amazing children
we raised together."
Their two children are nearly adults: Dylan Frances (18) is heading off to college this fall while Hopper Jack (16) will soon do the same.
Robin and Sean Penn started dating in 1989 and married in 1996, so I can see where it would be hard to make the final break. Hopefully they will be able to do what is best for themselves and their family.
