Stephanie Pratt Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI
'The Hills' star Stephanie Pratt (and sister of the infamous Spencer Pratt) was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles at 3:45 am this morning after leaving Heidi Montag's birthday party.
Here's what Stephanie tweeted from Heidi's birthday party:
its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :(
Sources reportedly told TMZ that Stephanie had just left the club when she was pulled over.
Our source says cops watched Stephanie get in her car and were waiting to bust her.
Sounds like they prevented a possible accident there! The police confirmed the arrest.
"It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over," Sgt. Sal Ogaz tells PEOPLE. "She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest."
Yet it sounds like the arrest caused some commotion outside the club.
So how's this for crazy. We're told some spectators who had just gotten out of a club saw Pratt get busted. Some started taking pictures, which ticked off some of the others and a big fight broke out on the street while Stephanie was being cuffed. But Steph was the only one taken into custody.
Stephanie reportedly is still in Van Nuys jail at this time; her bail was set at $5000. Surely brother Spencer can afford to help her out with that?

I guess it's a good thing he makes a decent paycheck starring on The Hills. Spencer Pratt tweeted this picture today with this note:

Audrina Patridge Says Heidi Montag Wants To Be The Next Octomom
Audrina Patridge knows how to give a good quote! Here's what she told Us Weekly about her 'The Hills' co-star Heidi Montag:
"She said she wanted to be the next Octomom!" Hills star Audrina Patridge told Usmagazine.com at the Surfrider's 25th Anniversary Gala on Friday in L.A. "I was like, 'Heidi, no you don't!'"
Heidi talked openly on 'The View' about wanting to start a family; Spencer Pratt was equally open about not wanting to have children, even going so far as to claim he had stopped having sex with Heidi because he didn't know if she had stopped taking her birth control pills.
Despite this seemingly ominous warning sign about the state of their marriage, Audrina says the their relationship is still going strong.
"They're really close," Patridge told Us. "They're inseparable. I think if anything, it's helped them in a lot of ways."
I guess part of being a reality TV star is feeling there's no such thing as TMI!

No Truth To Reality Star Salary Report Says Heidi Montag
Heidi Montag says she WISHES she made what everyone thinks she earns while filming MTV's 'The Hills'. Unfortunately for her and the rest of the cast, the numbers reported earlier today just aren't accurate.
“We have never made that and we are not making that. I wish that were true! [It’s] top secret, but it is not what you would think at all. I do ‘The Hills’ for the love of it. I don’t do it for the money.
I don't know why this makes me feel better, but it does. Can you imagine someone earning $2 million for a reality show? WOW!

Kristin Cavallari Apologizes For Creating Speidi
So now we know who to blame for the notorious pairing of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt! 'The Hills' new star, Kristin Cavallari, said she is responsible for the duo and admitted having her regrets while talking to Dan Levy on 'The Hills Aftershow.'
"I want to apologize to everybody, I had no idea what it would turn into," Kristin said when Dan asked if she had any idea introducing the two would lead to staged photo ops, Heidi's music career and their hokey pokey stint on "I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here."
Kristin's a brave woman for admitting this one publicly :) E! Online has gone so far as to declare themselves a "Speidi-Free Zone" after readers overwhelming voted for E! to stop covering them last June.

Spencer Pratt Threatens To Divorce Heidi If She Gets Pregnant And Is Hating Ryan Seacrest Over Taser Radio Joke
Well, this is interesting. Spencer Pratt said he's given wife Heidi two options if she gets pregnant, and neither option involves them raising the child.
"He said, 'That's the quickest way to divorce,'" she tells MTV News. "I
said, 'No, sucker — you'll be locked in. What do you mean?'""I told her there's a divorce or adoption," [Spencer] says. "If she's not down with the adoption, I think it's divorce."
Spencer has what some may consider a good reason not to become a father.
"I'm a baby. I'm not prepared," he says. "And I'm not sure the world wants a Spencer Pratt spawn."
Heidi doesn't seem to feel the same way.
Four months after getting married, Heidi -- whom Spencer says is
"trying to have a baby like it's going to buy a new pair of Louis
Vuittons" -- says she's "ready" for kids."I think I was born ready," [says Heidi] "I'm very maternal. I'm very loving. I would be the best mom ever. [He
feels] not quite the same, but maybe he just doesn't know he wants kids
yet. I think he never wants kids, but maybe I'll have a surprise for
him."
Well, their public "debate" is keeping them in the press. Are you ready for an announcement that a baby Pratt is on the way?
