Taylor Swift Says Kanye West Hasn't Reached Out To Her
So much for all the apologies. Taylor Swift told the ladies on 'The View' that Kanye West has not contacted her personally at all since the VMA debacle.
"He has not personally reached out or anything," she said, "but if he wanted to say hi..."
"I'm not going to say that I wasn't rattled by it," said Swift on The View, "but I had to perform live five minutes later so I had get myself back to the place where I could perform."
Taylor also said she was touched at all the people who supported her.
"I just never imagined that there were that many people out there looking out for me, so it was really wonderful to see that people were out there defending me so I didn't have to."
And as if things couldn't get worse for Kanye, despite his claim that he may take some time off, the tour dates for Kanye's tour with Lady GaGa were announced today. Probably not the best time.
You have to hand it to Kanye: he's managed to be the most talked about person at the VMAs without even winning an award! Do you think all this publicity is going to help him, hurt him, or not change anything in the end?

Taylor Swift Spotted Outside Of Her Hotel In NYC
Taylor Swift was seen outside her hotel in New York City yesterday afternoon. Taylor has recently admitted that she can't believe the amount of support she's been receiving from fans and artists alike. Life must be so surreal for this teenager right now!
The singer was in a cheerful mood as she smiled for the paparazzi in a bright multicolored dress and red cardigan. I'm loving her outfit. She looks adorable and age-appropriate at the same time.

Kanye West's Full Apology On Jay Leno
Are we still talking about this? My goodness - the man has never gotten so much press for anything!
Last night, I told you that Kanye West was scheduled to appear on Jay Leno's nighttime talk show. In case you missed it, here it is. Kanye is really really sorry about what he did to Taylor Swift. I'm really really sorry I keep posting about it. However, I will say that I watched the video and I believe that the rapper is truly sincere. I think he realized he made a mistake and we are all human in the end.
Kanye promises to take some time off which he obviously needs.
Taylor Swift (And Others) Respond To Kanye West
Now Taylor Swift is responding to Kanye West interrupting her acceptance speech for Best Female Video at the MTV Video Awards last night.
"Well, I was standing on stage because I was really excited because I had just won the award," she began. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that."
After the bizarre incident, she said celebs reached out to her backstage.
"I've been getting so many text messages and everybody's been really nice. So I've had a really, really fun night. It's been interesting definitely. It's definitely been an interesting night."
She said she doesn't have any ill-will toward the rapper, 32, of whom she said she was once a fan.
"I don't know him, and I've never met him, so..." she said. "I don't want to start anything because I had a great night tonight."
She also thanked Beyonce (who won Video of the Year), who invited her on stage as she accepted her award to give an acceptance speech.
"They told me to stand by the side of the stage, and I didn't really know what was going to go down," she said. "But I thought it was so wonderful and gracious of her to do what she's always done. She's always been a great person before anything else. Before the talented artist, the superstar, she's always been a great person and I just, I thought I couldn't love Beyonce more tonight, than tonight."

Did ya SEE KANYE WEST on the MTV Video Music Awards interrupt Taylor Swift while she was accepting her award for Best Female Music video? Did ya fall off your couch after it happened? My mouth dropped and fire began to shoot out of my ears.
Every single time Kanye's name was mentioned the crowd erupted with negative noise.
