NOOOOOOO! Please, say it isn't it! Marc Cherry, creator of Desperate Housewives has said that he thinks the show will end after 7 seasons.
“I made a decision after seven years, I will probably keel over in a hump and die,” says Cherry. “I love my baby and I love working with these gals and the idea of having someone take it from me -- it’s my thing, [I want to] take it through seven years and get out while people still like us.”
But, there's still hope for fans as he added,
“This could also be some clever ruse on my part to get incredibly large sums of money for Season 8,” Cherry says with a smile.
And here's a little more on Eva Longoria's new look for the part of Gabrielle:
Gabrielle (Eva Longoria) will remain frumpy for at least half the season, which suits Longoria just fine. "I love it because I come into hair and makeup and it's 10 minutes instead of two hours," Longoria said. She's sporting a shorter hairstyle she got for the role.
Sure, if they shoot through Season 7 that still gives us a few more years, but I love that show! Who else would be really sad to see it end?
Disney and ABC's TCA All-Star party truly was a star studded event so get ready for TONS of pictures! In the thumbnails you will find:
Who's red carpet look did you love and who's did you hate? My favorites from the night were Lucy and Sarah!

LOVE stories like this, just wish there were more of them. Teri Hatcher recently took her daughter Emerson on a trip to Kenya where the two of them raised$35,000 for children and adults affected by poverty. They spent two weeks in Nairobi where and presented the donation there.
Teri says that the kids were too embarrassed to talk to her so they used her daughter as a go between!
"They loved my daughter. We talked about math. We joked. They would say, 'What subjects do you like in school? What's your hardest subject? What do you like? What do you do? What's your favourite thing to do?' "We talked about sports. We talked about who likes science - stuff like that."
What an eye opening experience that must have been for Emerson !

"I had a kind of scary time when I was in France for Eva's (Longoria Parker) wedding. I was out with a French friend and my daughter Emerson, and we were kind of swarmed by papas. My friend said to them, nicely, "Would you please stop now? She's with her daughter. This is too much.' They swore at him in French and told him the would punch him in the face and kill him. That's not so great but that's not the norm."

"It comes up with other school moms. You know, we talk. I'll get asked stuff, like, "Is it difficult for her?' I feel horrible about being divorced. That's her life also and it's not great, having to go back and forth from her dad's. So I think when you have situations that sort of just are - you can't change that I'm famous - then it's really your job to concentrate on how to make this work in a positive way. We have a little rule: I don't really have pictures taken with people when I'm with her."

"It was a gift to celebrate a rather special occasion... It was a gift from me, to me, to celebrate me! "I'm not kidding. I get given a lot of little gift certificates in my work and I decided to save them up to buy something big. I'm a good saver, so I took three years and saved up a million small certificates, then I went down to the store about a minute before they all expired and I got this! It's an example of what you can do if you save!"WENN
