If the photos are public domain, then she should be aware of the paps taking her photo. I'm not sure how bright of a person she is anyway... [remember that whole getting the capital of Turkey and Hungary mixed up, from a trip she had JUST returned from?] Umm, yeah that's what I'm talking about...
