Posting in Groups

Here's some info on posting to Groups, which anyone can do!
If you go to any Group page and look at the right (inner) sidebar, you'll see additional info on the Group you're in (for example, see the pic). The links in that Block will allow you to post a "Group Post" to the whole Group, just like this one! You can also create a Poll for your Group, or invite a friend to join.
Note that you can also comment on Group Posts. So a Group Post is like a "Story" on the main site, and a comment is, well, a comment. Did we mention that any INO member can start their own Group? Well, it's true! When you start a Group it's like having your own little microcosm of INO, with its own members, posts, comments, polls and pictures.

In theory it sounds great, but in reality it is not working. Won't let me click on create group post. Won't let me click on anything in that brown box. If that is what I am supposed to do.
@Amy -- We have just completed some modifications. I notice there have been posts in other groups, so you should have no problem now. Unless there's something unusual about your computer or your ISP. If the problem persists for you, please go to the Contact form and send an email to tech support. testguy out!
Heeeey...I have a suggestion, don't know who it'd go to but...is there anyway that when you search through all the members on the site, that it can automatically display where that person is from, like under their birthday or something? So, maybe we could get to know someone who is actually close by. Just a little suggestion. :)
i do not have this box on my menu.... i'm using Safari, maybe that's why?? I really want to post a fashion finds request but cannot figure out how to do it?!?!
Hi Nashgirl -- First you need to join the Group you want to post to. Look up right under the header where it says "List All Groups". Click that to see a list of all groups. Then click "Subscribe" next to the Group you want to subscribe to. Once you are subscribed, you can go to the Group by clicking on that list any time. It will also appear on your "My Groups" page, and on your Profile page too.
