Rumor has it that Leona Lewis is officially engaged to her childhood sweetheart, Lou Al-Chamaa. The Bleeding Love hitmaker has been seen walking around with a big ol' rock on her ring finger while out in London. Congrats (if it's true)!
The couple has been dating since they were teenagers. Lou is an electrician. I am so used to hearing celebs dating musicians. I thought it was a nice change to hear a normal profession.

Ugh, I hate that song. I really don't see the hype about her. The song is so whiney and irritating and I have to switch radio stations. I'm probably the only one who feels this way as I've only heard raving reviews about her. Oh well, to each their own!

Never heard her sing but she'd cute. I hope it lasts and her fame doesn't get in the way of their relationship.

She has a darker complexion, so I think that's just funny lighting, instead of a fake tan.
She's mixed race. Her father is black.
She has in fact just been announced as the celebrity front for Shunburn a UK charity which is looking to reduce the increase in skin cancer in teenagers from overexposure to the sun !

How old is she? I think she is fantastic! and really really talented. However, her life is going to change and SHE is going to change (evolve, whatever) and there is no way a marriage to her high school sweetheart can survive. I know thats sad to say but he will wake up one day and she is no longer that girl he first met. I see her turning into Mariah. She needs to wait to marry.

If she stays grounded and he is okay with her being in the spotlight, then they have the same chances of working out as any marriage does. I wish them all the best.
