Saw it this weekend. Wife not a hige fan, but I thought it was pretty good. Like the old ones for the most part. Some things over the top, but that's the point. Made a killing, though...$126M in America, $311 worldwide. HELLO!
Not interested... movies just aren't my thing.
i was afraid that, since it is a more modern movie, it would lack the adventure of the first 3. but i thought they did well, made it very adventurous. sure, there were some silly bits i could do without... but, that can be said about all the other three. lexi wrote this
Sometimes I can't help but shake my head at Hollywood. Everyone wants more money but people can't come up with an original idea. I enjoyed the first 3 movies and I consider them classics as in movies your shouldn't mess with. You got it right the first time soooooooo why wait until Harrison Ford is 60+ yrs older (complete with grey chest hair by now) & have the man swinging from ropes. No one is going to want to see Sharon Stone do her famous "Basic Instinct" scene when she's 60. I'm not going to see it, Lucas & Spiel have enough "internet money. Someone just tell me if they had the asian kid who called Indy, "Docta Jones".
