Why settle for a boring watch, when you can have one that has all the fun? I love all of these funky watches, they are perfect if you want to add a pop of color to your outfit. At under $100 you can afford to have one or two... I like the idea of wearing one of these on the weekend with a bright tee and some worn in jeans.  (Would some Converse be too much?) :-)

Black eyeliner is my product of choice, it's instant attitude. If I'm having a bad day I can swipe some on, and feel a little more daring. If you're like me though mine ALWAYS smudges, and I look a little less rock star and a little more like I've got a black eye.
So, when I found this eyeliner by Urban Decay I was really excited! It's called 24/7 Glide On Pencil, and comes in tons of colors. It doesn't run throughout the day...
"Never before has a pencil this creamy and brilliant been waterproof, too. Velvety-soft, this never-before-seen formula stays soft and creamy for blending (about 30 seconds), then dries down to a long-lasting finish that WILL NOT budge."
So now I'm feeling a little more fierce every day, to quote Tyra Banks (which I swore I would never do, but it truly fits this product!)
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil for $16.00

While picking up supplies for husband Ben Affleck’s birthday party, an expectant Jennifer Garner wore this floral Gerard Darel maxidress in LA over the weekend and then-pregnant Angelina Jolie attended an event in New Orleans wearing the same flowing frock. It’s like mother, like daughter for Zahara Jolie-Pitt, pictured wearing the Gerard Darel creation last week.
Made specifically with Zahara in mind, this pint-sized version of the Gerard Darel maxidresses Angelina sported throughout her pregnancy is ideal for Zahara’s big-sister style. Gerard Darel’s celebrity fan-base also includes Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria Parker, Cameron Diaz, Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, Ashlee Simpson, and Emmy Rossum.
Ok so if a super model has their name on something, you know it's probably going to be stylish and beautiful. The intimate collection by Elle Macpherson holds true to what you'd expect. It's BEAUTIFUL!
I almost start dreaming of a chic little boutique with dainty fixtures, a French sales woman, and chandeliers, which is all dreamed up by my aunt's own accounts of Paris where she spent a sizeable amount of money on some dainty flirty things from the lingerie shops. I might not be able to get to Paris, but with this lingerie by Elle Macpherson I can be equally as chic.

We've written before about the fabulous make-up line from Nicole Paxson, who used her cosmetic struggles with lupus to create concealers, foundation, powders, and bronzers with the highest dose of UVA/UVB sun protection out there! Check out the tell-tale monarch butterfly logo and the inspiration behind the line!:
The beautiful butterfly logo, labels and purple boxing were developed as an inspiration from the hard to manage- Lupus butterfly rash, associated with the autoimmune disease."
I absolutely love the line myself (um, and apparently, it's caught on with the Hollywood starlet crowd--Christina Millian, Mischa Barton, and Kristen Cavallari are all fans)!!
So I was very excited to hear about the end-of-summer sale that's good until Labor Day on all Nicole Paxson products (enter coupon code SUMMER BEAUTY at check-out), including my favorite:Â
Monarch Creme Foundation with SPF 30 + UVA/UVB (Just a quick take: it feels like you're not wearing any make-up, until you look in the mirror and see it's there, plus a generous coat of SPF!!)
Happy Shopping :)
