It's been a while since we've done some of these, so here goes nothing...and no, I don't know the answer to any of them! I'm just as in the dark as everybody else.
1. This fashionista is making her friends increasingly worried because
she's not responding to any of their entreaties to get more help for
her eating disorder.2. LA gossips are giggling about a certain
celebrity friendship at the moment. From the outside it seems to be
nothing but a mutual love-in for these two, but insiders say their
friendship comes more from a PR deal closed by their respective
managers than the joy they get from each other's company.3. This model
has been at the height of her game for some time now, but perhaps her
life isn't quite as perfect as it looks from the outside. Vicious
arguments with her husband have been getting worse and she's started
drinking to escape her problems, which she never used to do.4.
These TV stars like to present a clean-cut family image to their fans,
but their neighbours have seen another side to the couple. According to
insiders, their idea of exercise is jumping up and down on a trampoline
while urinating on each other.5. Lets go with B- list, but definitely A list name recognition just for
her name alone. She isn't gorgeous, but she is cute, and has a nice
personality. I think the crew on one of her movies would agree that she
definitely has personality at night. See, that is when she starts
hitting the J&B. Yep. Big fan of it and when she starts drinking
she also starts screwing. No need to hide or pretend or anything. She
will go straight up to whatever crew member strikes her fancy that
night and ask them point blank if they want to have sex with her. Goes
on all during filming. In the mornings though. Different personality
completely. Horrible hangovers and lots of extra makeup. She is
married, but most people don't realize it and she is currently dating
someone openly.6. Which singing ex-husband of an A-list actress would rather have people
think he’s gay than admit that he cheated on her with a groupie?
We've been hearing Mary Kate rehab rumors lately..., #2 could be a friendship on The Hills maybe???

Altho I do think Sam and Linds are doing it for publicity, I don't think their managers got involved, plus they have beens friends for a long time so I'm sure they enjoy one another's company, I think they are actually friends. Does Sam even have a manager?

I think no1 is Gianni Versace's niece. It is well known she has a an eating disorder, has received treatment in the past, and as a co-owner of Versace she'd definitely qualify as a fashionista, but is not well known for anything else like MK and Posh are.
I don't think no3 is Heidi and Seal because he is famous in his own right and the post doesn't say the husband is famous as well. These items normally do. I think Cindy Crawford and her hubby are more likely
No5 - I thought Kate Hudson too but it is very well known she is or was married,and I don't think she is openly dating someone else at present despite the rumours. Could it be someone who is super famous as a model or singer but not so much as an actress?
The friends for publicity purposes, I read somewhere the relationship between Madonna and that sportsman is supposed to be a set up to drum up publicity for her tour.
No 6 - definitely Rene Zelweger's ex -lots of rumours he was gay and the basis of the annulment was fraud, I don't think there was there any gay rumours about Lyle Lovatt
# 5 could be Tilda Swanson. She's the only person I know of that is married, yet openly has a boyfriend. Her recognizable name could be due to the food company that is also called Swanson
