Ok Magazine just did a list of the top 10 best dressed female celebrities under the age of 25. Since INO readers love to talk fashion, I wanted to post and hear everyone's thoughts...
Here's the list in no particular order:
- Leighton Meester
- Camilla Belle
- Vanessa Hudgens
- Kelly Osbourne
- Blake Lively
- Scarlett Johansson
- Evan Rachel Wood
- Mischa Barton
- Zoe Kravitz
- Ellen Page
Who shouldn't be on that list, and who was left off???

Wow thats some list right there. Kelly Osborne? Mischa Barton? Ellen Page? those three def. don't come to mind as best dressed in my book! What about Hayden Peneterrie or Lauren Conrad just to name a couple? I'm sure if I sit here long enough I could think of ten other celebrities that are best dressed that aren't even on that list.

maybe it's because they are unique. They don't fit the cookie-cutter trend. Some of their outfits are ballsy, and I honestly admire them (well most of the time) for that.

Missing are: Hillary Duff/Lauren Conrad/Keira Knightley, um, I can't think of anyone else off the top off my head.

Mischa Barton should not be on that list nor should she even be written about! Blech!

Blake Lively always looks amazing, as does Leighton Meester. Agreed. And Rihanna should TOTALLY be on this list!! It's criminal that they left her off! And we all know that Evan Rachel Wood is just trying to be Dita Von Teese, which is SO obnoxious. ScarJo can look gorgeous at times, but she has questionable style, too -- anyone remember the Troll Doll Ensemble she wore to the Louis Vuitton party last year? She's never looked worse, and I really hate that weird, awkward pompadour thing she does so often. That said, I agree with most of the people on this list, but let's replace Mischa with RACHEL BILSON, okay?? I agree with most of you -- the girl CANNOT DRESS HERSELF. Oh, and is Natalie Portman under 25? Because I honestly think that she's far and away more stylish than ANY of the people on that list.

Ellen Page... big mistake. Cute but dresses like a hobo. Blake is a hit or miss type gal. Audrina P. would have been a better choice. Taylor Swift is usually spot on in fashion choices. I agree Emma Watson would be better than Ellen. And what about Michelle Trachtenberg she is a fashion plate.

I think Hayden should be on that list, she has style and class, which is very lacking in Hollywood.
I also really love Whitney Port from The Hills. But maybe she's too old?

I would like inform you that Scarlett Johansson (actress) actually is a clone from original person, who has nothing with acting career. That clone was created illegally by using stolen biological material. Original person is very nice (not d**n sexy), most important - CHRISTIAN young lady!

i really and definitely think that rihanna is the best dressed celebrity in show business and there is no doubt in my mind about that. she has style, flavour, and everything else that is needed in the game. she knows when to mix it up and when to keep it simple. she is definitely my pick for best dressed celebrity. on the other hand, though, i think that beyonce can never outshine her and do the things that she does. in the end she is always doing what is right although she may raise some eyebrows some of the time. i realised another thing; that in this life, fast runners do not always win the race and the brave do not always win the battle. the wise do not always earn a living, intelligent people do not always get rich and capable people do not always rise to high positions. bad luck happens to everyone and you never know when your time is coming; like birds caught in a trap or fish caught in a net, we are trapped at some evil moment when we least expect it.
