Miley Cyrus Just Wants A Car For Her Sweet Sixteen
Miley Cyrus is just a girl who wants a car. Who at 16 had any other thought in the world? The young singer sat down with E!'s The Daily 10 and dished the dirt on her new album, her birthday and how she is just a normal teen.
Regarding her new album, “Breakthrough,” Cyrus says:
“I wanted to show that i am a true artist. As the age demographic grows-- as I grow, they grow. I wanted to kind of embrace the older audience. Some of it is about breakups, some of it is about you know a broken heart, mending heart, which isn't even about boys, it's about other things.”
When pressed about any break-ups that might be referenced in her music, Cyrus says:
“You already know, you already know the answer, don't try to make me say it. You know what I say, if a relationship can't work out, make a record At least something good comes out of it.”
Regarding handling all the attention that comes with being a celebrity, Cyrus says:
“Sometimes I start to feel very claustrophobic. I just have to go out with my friends and have fun and feel normal. Sometimes you just need to feel normal.”
Cyrus is completely normal when it comes to her sixteenth birthday wish:
A car, I want a car. Just a car…just anything my parents will buy. I will let you know when I'm on the road so you get of the road!”

I truly believe that she's just a normal teen. She just shot to stardom SO fast. I think she's handled it quite well for how crazy that business is.

there is one thing i don't get about usa: you can't drink or go to clubs (well, you shouldn't, at least) until you are 21, but you can drive at 16? how's that logical?

She would be my vote for the Most Annoying teen celeb...enough with her already. What she really needs for her birthday is a lesson in humility.

This little twit seems beyond full of herself. For someone who is manufactured and very uneducated you figure she would eat some humble pie every now and then. I am SO SICK of seeing these little girls everywhere, like what 20 something in their right mind gives a shit about this girl? American society's obsession with 'youth' is volatile and scary, no 15 year old should amass this type of wealth and no 15 year old should saturate the media like this girl does. Its pathetic. What happened to 20 something and 30 something talent? Is that 'too old' these days? Give me a break.
Gosh is it another PR for this spoiled exibitionist kid? Ohh, she just wants a car, she is just like every other girl, she is so simple and humble.... The fact of the matter is-if she wants a car she can go and buy it, not like she has to struggle with a down payment. Why make it known to the public that she just wants a ...agh car? Ugh. PLEASE. This girl has a revolting amount of money and she should stop trying to fake humility with her fan base. If she wants a damned Porsche or whatever, WE ALL KNOW that all she has to do is call her assistant and she'll get whatever model she wants in less than an hour. I doubt her parents have ANYTHING to do with her purchases -- especially seeing as how they don't really care if she takes nudie pictures in the shower. She's NOT LIKE you or me. I HATE it when celebrities with so much wealth pull that "I'm just like you!" crap. And I'm still waiting for an apology to Annie Leibovitz.
