Confirmed: Britney Spears And Justin Timberlake Musical Duet

Last week, I wrote about a rumor I heard pinning Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears together musically and today OK! Magazine is confirming it! I can't believe it. Expect Justin to and Britney to record a duet together for her upcoming album.Â

First off, I'm a huge Justin+Britney fan, so this is like a dream come true - if it really goes through. Second, I'm so effing happy and excited that I think my heart just popped out of my a$$. Third, this is going to be HUGE. As in history-making huge. Awesome. Fourth, I hope Justin doesn't screw her over again. Like every other time. And finally, the poster mentioned something about how it can't be because they haven't talked in years and how he "painfully" denies it everytime. Okay. There's this thing called LYING. How would the world handle it? How would Jessica handle it? (I honestly hope she freaks hahaha. Run away!) It can't "ever happen," so if they do talk, of course they'd had to lie about it. Just like how they lied so hard to keep their relationship away from the public. I do think they talk and I do think they lie about it. So what? Gotta do what you gotta do. I hope this duet is successful. And I hope it's a ballad. And I hope this isn't the last of the duets from them! Yesssssssssssss. Finally! I can't wait.

This **** can not even be called music. Britney and Justin are 2 of the worst things to ever happen to american radio. They dont even speak so I doubt this is true but all in all I could give 2 **** I would never listen to american radio again nor would I ever buy a Justin or Britney cd. Pathetic that people still support this **** cant people do a little research and start to listen to some real music.

I don't know.... Justin has made it quite clear he's sick of people asking him about her - think about how much you changed between 18 - 25?? My ex boyfriends from then probably wouldn't even recognize me now! That said, Justin has also said time and again that he would help her AFTER she got herself together, and it appears she's working towards that. So, we'll just have to see... And for all the haters, you can talk all the smack you like, but when Justin's last album dropped, his name was on everyone's lips, and his tunes were in all our heads. Catchy, catchy!
I think it'd be great. However, after some of the crappy things he said about her at his concerts (rehab comments) when she was MENTALLY ill and not messed up on drugs - I think he's a jerk. He's way too full of himself. And he thinks that his music & creativity is so superior to anybody else's. I think she should find someone cooler to do it with.
What did he say? I thought he pretty muich kept his mouth shut with anything to do with her?
After how long it has taken the public to move past these two being together, I actually think this would be a step in the wrong direction.

This may be true as surely business always comes first? Technology means that Britney and Justin can record a song together without even having to be in the same country, let alone the same recording studio. I like Justin Timberlake's music, and I love Britney, if this is true I think it could be good for Britney's career.

Personally, I don't think he's ever truly gotten over her. I do think that he really loved her and she must have really hurt him... cheating always leads to relationships ending without closure, so I imagine that it still bothers him to this day. That said, I agree with CapturingLife that he's made some reallly crappy comments that he should have just kept to himself, but that leads me to believe that he's still speaking from a broken heart. If he didn't care anymore, he wouldn't bring her up, period. I do think they should work together - more than likely it would be recorded separately - but I also think that they would need to address the whole thing in some manner prior to releasing the album... even if just to say that they enjoy working together.
I think it's funny-the two of them working together! It will definitely boost Britney's career if she's really serious abouy it.
That is what Brittney needs is to do a duet with Justin. That was her first love and they probably still love each other and both of them as ex's can pull together as one in this hard time of custody battles and everything. Sometimes it is good that you have an ex's shoulder to lean on in hard times.
I believe Justin is not over Britney, I believe she made the decisions with KFed because she was not over Justin. Everything has snowballed. Jessica won't last, she hasn't even had a successful career yet, she's still a rising star, if at all, she isn't ready to settle down and all. Justin has had his moment, so he's probably heading towards settling down. But, we all know rebound relationships don't last. And sorry guys, there's nothing like your first love. It's the kind of love that is not only unforgettable, but it lives on within you, and is usually so powerful you don't need to "talk" to the person in orer to feel it still. Also, Hate is just as powerful as love, and sometimes when someone is so hurt thye feel hate, but what they are really feeling is love deep down. I think this is the classic case for both Britney and Justin. I agree Justin has a big head now, and too much pride. He probably would give Britney another chance, but his pride won't let him, and the fact that she had a 2 years spiral, but there is medical evidence that proves she suffers from Bi Polar Disorder and not a drug habit. Her old bodyguard is a liar, come on we all know it, he wants money. Britney married Kevin, cause she was ready to settle and get fat and have a family, she was willing to let her career go, everything for that relationship. Why? Because she wanted someone to love her. She was completely commited to Kevin, you could tell by her entire being, seems she was trying to makeup for her possible mistake she made to Justin by cheating, IF she did cheat. So, no matter how much Kevin sh*t on her she took it, which lead to postpardum probably and depression, and then it all came to head when she filed for divorce and tried to get back into the world again, hence the downward spiral. And why? Because she married the wrong guy, and Justin's relationships haven't been successful because he's with the worng girls..and why? Because they both gave their earts away a long time ago. Of course this is juuuuuust my opinion. I believe...that IF the rumor is true, and JT is helping BS for her new album, there's NO way they will send in voice bits, you know why, because both their careers count on their pairing up to be a success, and being that he is lending her support he will want to be involved hands on, which means they will have to see each other to work together, and IF what I believe to be true is true, then life will run its course. You think they'll be able to see each other and leave and NOT think about each other? Not want to talk again? Come on ppl...would you be able to just walk away from that? I think not..Not if there are true, genuine, deep feelings there... PS...I'm a dork.
