Fall Make-Up Collections Are Golden, Earthy, And Exotic!

I am definitely a Summer girl, but in my opinion, there's nothing better than Fall fashion and make-up!!  This year's make-up forecast looks like dark, earthy colors with a lot of gold, plum, rose, and slate thrown in (and whole lot of chocolate and coffee)!!...I love these three new collections!! (Happy Fall, Y'All!!):

Chanel Fall 2008 (pictured above):  There's 20 new products, including two limited-edition gold items that are available now: a powder face-and-body highlighter called Gold Fever ($50) and a shimmery golden nail polish called Gold Fiction ($30).  The rest of the fare?  There are new lip colors in plum, copper, cranberry, bronze, coral, nude pink, and (you guessed it!) gold.   For eyshadow, think coffee, greens, slate blue, gold, teal, and bronze.  For an excellent look and description of the whole line, go to the always fabulous BellaSugar take on it here!

Lancome Maharani Jewels Fall 2008 Collection: I love these dusty, golden, cinnamon colors!!  Lancome's India-inspired hues are meant to keep that "Indian Summer" feeling on your mind (and face!), and I absolutely love the six new Juicy Tubes they've included in the collection (three of which are pictured here--aren't the containers adorable??):

Estee Lauder Chocolate Decadence Fall 2008:  Need I say more??  It's all about chocolate, caramel, and light gold shimmer at the Estee Lauder counter this Fall.   Here's what I love the most (shocker, they have all sold out online!):

Limited Edition Creme Caramel Shimmer Powder ($32): A shimmery powder with swirls of caramel and gold.  First of all, YUM!!  And second of all, GORGEOUS!!

Limited Edition Pure Color Swirl Gloss in Caramel Swirl ($18):  A lip gloss that looks delicious and smells like a chocolate-raspberry dessert - what a way to usher in the cooler weather!!  I love how you get sort of a different look with each application as the colors swirl together!!

When I was in highschool, I was obsessed with those Juicy Tubes! I had like a million of them. They smelled delicious. Looks like they've change the packaging though.

Monica, I love Juicy Tubes too.  So many great colors, flavors, and scents!!  "Daiquiri" has always been a favorite of mine!!  I think the packaging is specific to the collection?  I think it's a nice twist on the India-inspired look!!!!  Who knows, they may start a product re-design with it!!
