I couldn't find a close up shot of the shoes, but after Alicia Keys wore Sergio Rossi's Splash Patent Pumps in black to the 2008 BET Awards I went mad looking for a pair ... & finally hunted them down online at Sergio Rossi (also available in red or blue) for $279:
