Seriously, those jeans again??? Now she's just messing with us. Katie Holmes was spotted leaving, where else: rehearsal, wearing, what else: rolledup men's jeans.
Why is she doing this? Is there a new Scientology rule out about wearing your husband's pants? Are they for her character on Broadway? Tom won't let her out of the house to go shopping? What other explanation can there be?!?

Katie is usually so chic so I want to say she's doing this to fit into her character. But who knows, right? I don't like her shoes though, they remind me of Amy Whinehouse. As for her hair? I thought it couldn't get any cuter, but it did!

I was looking at the July 2008 issue of VOGUE today at the gym (gotta read something while on that bike!) and it showed a photo of a model on a runway wearing tightrolled jeans and some really spiffy high heels. Well, it was more like tightrolled capris, but you get the gist. I remember doing this to my jeans in middle school! I am really in no hurry for this trend to come back!

I think she looks hot. I am not a fan of the pants. But her hair, make up and her attitude while she is walking, makes her own it.
Dont get me wrong, I miss the whole innocent and wholesome look she used to have before Tom Cruise. But, it looks like she can pull of any look.

Settle down, Esmeralda! Jeez, its just pants, you won't die from them. Plus, people will get those jeans if they like 'em. Economics always wins in the end. More people voice negativity of these jeans than anything else. So, I doubt they'll become big. If there's a huge demand for these jeans, then we'll see em. But, like I said, it doesn't seem like there is a huge demand...

Those jeans does not suit her. It looks as though she has really thick tree trunk legs. Bottom heavy and small on top = not good. She needs to burn those jeans. I think she's trying too hard to be fashion forward and being a risk taker but it's not working for her.

Check out the front page of today's INO. Someone named Rachel (I think) is wearing her jeans rolled up. And a day or so ago, after the initial brouhaha about Katie's ugly jeans, I noticed yet another "star" wearing hers in the same way. What these very young people do not seem to realize is that the 80s were a "fashion" horror show. Using, in the same sentence, "fashion" and "the 80s" is a screaming oxymoron. It looked like poo then, it looks like poo now. So what if Katie Holmes is having flashbacks?? I agree 100% with whomever said if Katie was wearing Tom's pants they'd be capris!!!! LOL

absolutely adorable. I respectfully disagree all fashions go back from 50's,60's and not just 80's. Just look at the movies and music all past rehash. The fact that Katie is watercooler and gets news,sites and shows hits and big attendance shows she is hot,fascinating and a draw.

I think she looks great, really! I like the look on her, her hair is super cute too and I love the scarf! Personally I'd wear skinny jeans instead of the baggy ones, but it looks totally fine on her!
I'm a fashion designer (in the UK....and menswear but we can ignore that) and I'm affraid I've seen more evidence that this trend is kind of around the corner....I don't mind it actually!! but at 5ft 2 there's no chance you'll catch me in them :D
I love Katies hair, she can get away with it short! I recently cut mine off after 3 years of growing it.......regretted it immediately!! My boyfriends reaction of "Oh" didn't help much!

Rachel Bilson is in the same style jeans on Page 2 of this blog and yet on Page 3 the moderator of this blog is complaining about Katie a similar pair of jeans!
In fact, Rachel's picture where she's wearing this style of jeans is good enough that it has warranted a "Fashion Find....get the entire look for less" feature....double standard, sure seems like it to me!
