I think shes been wearing those terrible pants to distract from the fact that shes pregnant. Shes getting more media attention because of her terrible outfit choices that no ones paying attention to obvious pregnancy. Good choice on that, bad choice on the father of her unborn child.

OMG! Her pants aren't cuffed. It's amazing. She needs to gain weight, she's looking skeleton-like. Maybe Tom should knock her up again, put some meat on her bones.
