Ledger's SoHo Apartment For Rent

It seems the time has come. Heath Ledger's final dwelling place appears to be on the NYC rental market. The asking rent for his former apartment on Broome St. in Manhattan's SoHo is a whopping $26,000 per month. Seems Mr. Ledger was paying a mere $22,000 per month.
Though the building does not have a doorman (there's an intercom and locked elevator), the space does have "three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, an office, a laundry room, a gourmet kitchen and an 80-square-foot balcony. Also featured are 15-foot tin ceilings, exposed brick walls and a wood-burning fireplace."
