Seems that Mr. red, white, and blue polo is selling some pricey digs in NYC and Greenwich, CT.

The NY Post is reporting that the fashion icon appears ready to put up his Plaza apartment for a cool $50 million.  The apartment is pretty big at 6,000 sqaure feet, but man...that over $8,000 per square foot! 

"The approximately 6,000-square-foot residence, which includes four bedrooms, 4½ baths, a formal dining room, large living room, library and gourmet kitchen, was originally two separate units that have recently been combined by a staircase.

But it's still considered raw space with just the essential walls and utilities, according to his broker Deborah Grubman of the Corcoran Group."

Love that...just the essentials.  Nice.

Oh yes, there's also a 20,000 sq. ft. palace in Greenwich to be had for just under $25 million if the mood strikes you.
