That outfit is ugly. Makes her bum look huge. I am going to see her in concert, in Vegas. Going there next week for a 2 week holiday, arrive friday afternoon Vegas time (vegas is 8 hours behind Irish time, I will exhausted). Going to see Janet friday night at the Mandalay Bay Resort.
I am looking forward to it but she isn't big in Europe at all anymore. That's why she is only touring America. She hasn't been big here since the late 90's. I like here 80's & 90's music but not her 00's music. All her recent albums have flopped! She needs to stop up singing about sex!!
Well, I like it. Yes, I agree it's not flattering, so what? She's entertaining people in various ways, she's an artist. I'd rather something interesting to look at, rather than some diva simply posing while singing (Christina, J-Lo, etc, etc). You go, Janet! I love your quirky ideas.

You know what, if it was just the outfit I might be able to forgive her. But the whole concert was like this outfit: gross. She lip-sang the entire time, the costumes were boring and not flattering, the theme of the concert didn't make sense at all, and they seemed to throw in pyrotechnics to make people think some effort was put in. It was a waste of my money and not only should she fire her stylist...she should fire whoever directed the entire production.

She has always struggled with her weight...and she always looks stuffed and sqeezed into her clothes. But this...is a new low. This ain't "Rhythm Nation" anymore, Janet. You're 40-plus, and even though that's not old by today's standards, it's too old to pretend that you can wear something like that.

Sure. If I had gone for free then I probably would have loved it too. But being a Janet fan I was willing to pay $120 for balcony seats but I was expecting a lot more from her and it seems all my money paid for is a sound track, decent dancing, and fireworks.
