Dane Cook Evicted From His Apartment

After Dane Cook received several warnings to pick up his dog's doo and he ignored him, the landlord then slapped him with an eviction lawsuit. Dane appealed saying that being evicted would cause him "emotional hardship." He lost.

But the unnamed landlord has won the dispute, citing a swarm of complaints from neighbours that the dog, named Beast, is leaving his mess in the common areas of the apartment block.

Why not just pick up the dog poop? That's what pooper-scoopers are for! Or if even that still grosses him out, he's a celebrity...he could hire someone to do it for him!

Why do some people think they are too good to do some things? Maybe he needs to move to a new apartment, because John Belushi and Steve Martin's "creative" inspiration is not working out too well for Dane. Being evicted from your apartment because you won't pick up your dog's poo is not an "emotional hardship". Loosing your home because you were the victim of a bad mortgage loan IS. Someone needs to put him back in touch with reality.
