Fact Or Fiction: Heather Locklear Engaged

Let's forget about the whole arrest scandal for one second here and talk diamonds. Heather Locklear was spotted with a rock on that special finger when she went in for booking and all recent pictures have showed her sporting the same ring.
Rumor has it she's engaged to her boyfriend Jack Wagner. They've been dating since 2007, and if she does get married this would be Heather's 3rd time.
So what do you think about this story...is it fact or fiction?

who knows, but one thing we all know...she needs desperate help! What about her kid? who's looking out for her? Also, didn't the dad, Richie Sombora, get stopped for DUI or soemthing like that? If so, God help that kid!

If she is good for her. Battling depression alone sucks big time believe me. I like Heather and I really just think she has had a real tough time dealing with the whole my best friend and man is a whore situation. I wish her the best...She is still one hot lady wink wink

they used to date a long time ago didn't they? they do seem really happy. I feel awful for all the crap Heather is dealing with lately, she seems like such a genuinely nice and good person

who wants to place bets on what prescription (s) she was on? my bet is that it was a crucial benzo/opiate combo...i find it hilarious that she got out of the car and stumbled into traffic infront of cops AND paparazzi. not that i would ever wish her anything but well, afterall she was my favorite in melrose place, iconic for her dynasty role and made me cry in uptown girls. i hope she kicks pharms, they can ruin anyone... even beautiful heather locklear.
