Bianca Golden From America's Next Top Model Opens Up About Airport Incident
Bianca Golden from "America's Next Top Model" was a guest on the "Tyra Banks Show" and opened up about the whole "airport incident" where her family and Nikki Blonsky's family got physical.
When they arrived at the airport, "Nikki Blonsky ... was very rude to my aunt," Bianca says.
"My aunt had two babies in her arms, and she told my aunt, 'You can
leave. You can go away,'" Bianca recalls. "I was really upset by that
because my aunt and I are close."When Bianca spoke up, Nikki turned to her and said, "'You need to
mind your business. You don't know what’s going on.' She went off," the
model says. "There was a lot of words exchanged. I got really
defensive."
This is when Bianca's mother tried to intervene and calm everyone down. Nikki's dad Carl then came up to Bianca and her mother...
"Before my mom could walk away from us, her father ... punched my
mom," Bianca tells Banks. "He knocked her out. He hit my mom with such
force she stumbled back, and when she stumbled back, the whole family
got up and attacked my mom."Bianca said Nikki then kicked her mother in the crotch.
"That's when my mom fell ... completely," Bianca says. "Both the
families were arguing. It was like a scene out of a movie. Airport
security finally came and separated everybody."
Bianca also says that Nikki and her family spewed racial slurs like screaming, "They have rabies!". In the end, Bianca's mother was the one to sustain the most injuries, including: broken nose, fractured skull, and internal bleeding.
So what do you guys think about the whole crazy affair? Do you believe Bianca's side of the story, or is she just trying to spin it her way?

I actually believe her and not Nikki and I couldn't tell you why. Scary that her mom got hurt so badly.

I am surprised that in a so called secured place all this happened and help came too late, where are the cameras, aren't they suppose to have people watching the place? If this would it happen to me I would it pay a hit man to beat all their asses.

Have any of you seen the video? It was taken by a black girl who witnessed the altercation. On the audio she says "that's why black people get a bad rap." If someone was choking my child, which is what the father said happened, I would knock them out too.

I saw the video and you hear Nikki's mom and the woman with the video camera talking about what happened. Everyone in the video are talking about how Bianca's family started the physical stuff and how Nikki's family were defending themselves. Quite frankly, if anyone touched me or my children, I dont care what race, size or anything else, Im going to take them down till they stop moving. Thats what is taught in self defense. You make sure your opponent isnt capable of coming after you again.
Time will tell what really happened folks, so dont necessarily believe what Bianca says.

I went to high school with Nikki, she went to prom with one of my close friends and her brother plays baseball with my brother. Our moms have had many conversations on the bleachers watching the game, and because of that, i don't believe this for a second. The Blonsky family ( i've never met the dad so i cant speak for him) is very nice and grounded, in no way has fame gotten to any of their heads, and its really unfortunate that Bianca is going on shows talking down the family. Not only is it not fair because the news hasn't publicized the other end of the story but its also not fair because Bianca is using the story to try to get her 2nd chance at fame while ruining any chance Nikki may get for hers. But that's America for you.

seriously! those are some very serious injuries. someone that's grounded wouldn't cause internal bleeding, a fractured skull or a broken nose. clearly, the impression you have of the blonski's is wrong. i don't think any of us can argue either way since this is all hearsay.

it doesn't matter who started the fight...as a man Blonsky's dad should have NEVER put hands on Bianca's mother...that's crossing the line & he deserves to pay for that. If the argument had just remained an argument without getting physical than no one would have even cared about it. it's the physical aspect that makes it so shocking...
hmmmmm...sound very one sided to me. I would like to hear the other side of the story and then we can make judgement. I hardly doubt that Nikki out of no where said to her aunt "you can leave, you can go away" for no reason. Beside wasn't Bianca acting like a drama queen and a total biatch on American Top Model? I have not seen the show so I don't know.

There are 3 sides to the story - Nikki's, Bianca's and the truth. Unfortunately for Bianca, there is a video tape of what happened and it clearly shows her family starting the physical stuff. I think Nikki's dad should never have laid a hand on a woman and there is no excuse for that. If I had to make a decision about what happened based on the video and what i know about both girls - I would take Nikki's side. Bianca protrayed herself horribly on ANTM and I hardly think a tiny bit of fame has made her any nicer.
I do not believe her side of the story in the least. I do not for one minute, unless I see it, that the dad just sucker punched her mom, and then the family just pounced on the woman. No way. I don't believe the racial part of it either.

it's sick that people can do this to each other. it's also completely insane to me that the incident was able to escalate this far in an airport. people get arrested, detained, and kicked off of their flights for WAY less all the time.
Maybe it's not a lot to go by, but if you actually watched this girl on ANTM she didn't come across as a very rational or polite person. Actually, she came across as a psychotic bitch. But hey, It's T.V. Maybe that's the character she was just trying to create.

No taking sides with any party involved. And I'm not going to completely believe the bystander with the video cam as she only was able to see and hear from another side of the airport. Both are in the wrong. But more so with the father. Hitting a woman like that and causing those kind of injuries, he deserves some punishment because clearly there's some anger management issues there. In regards to the Bianca's mom choking the other... did I miss something there because i didn't read that. But yes, I agree... 2 people who developed big egos doing stupid things.

I'm so glad none of u are lawyers. People keep saying there is a video that clearly shows what happened...no such thing. The video available doesn't show any kind of fight, only aftermath and spectators comments. How do we even know they were paying attention to the beginning of the situation and know exactly what happened. There analysis is only based on when they became aware of what was happening, and most likely it was after the initial exchange of words. Whether or not you know the family, or you didn't like Bianca's personality on the show (which is edited by the way, and could easily show us a more angry her for dramatic effect), people are capable of anything. I don't think the Menedez brothers exactly announced to everyone they were twisted prior to killing their parents.
As for those concerned about the racial undertones, if you are white, you will more than likely never understand why black people are easily inclined to believe a situation like this could have been racial because you never deal with that, so how exactly can you be sure it's not?
