What network drama is in danger of shutting down production because its lead has come down with the "flu"? The flu is actually a really bad drug habit that needs attention now. Producers and writers have been scrambling for the past week to figure out a way to write the character out of the next few episodes so the actor/actress can get help.

Well I am going to go out on limb her and guess Law and Order. I am guessing it's one of the show's shot on the east coast becasue the flu and throat infections are really bad this year in the east.

It is Taylor Momsen from gossip girl. She just got out of the hospital for a bad "throat infection" but totally looks cracked out.
Didn't think of her... but now that you mention it makes sense.
She isn't really the lead though... she would be easy to write out for a long time!
i say that Grimes kid from 90210. the video that was on Lainey Gossip yesterday - SO cracked out! she is pretty much the main character on 90210!!

uh no, hes been hospitalized because he got into a motorcycle accident, broke his shoulder and has swelling on his brain.......how on earth did you get flu from that? besides, hes not a lead.

it won't be taylor momsen. in the books, jenny goes off to private school, sparking "the it girl" series. kicking her off the show would be too easy, so i don't think it's her. the writers wouldn't have to do much "scrambling" to get rid of little j.

I know these blind items are always vague but this one is ridiculous. It doesn't even have the sex of the star, type of drama, etc. This could be anyone.
Yeah, I know Taylor Momsen has all kinds of rumors swirling about her drug use. Very uncomfortable since she is 15 and I'm sure people would wonder why she isn't being supervised. But I don't watch Gossip Girl and don't know if she's the lead or not. The girls on 90210 are said to be anorexic but I don't know about drugs.
