Hilary Duff came out prepared for the rain with her Burberry wellies and umbrella as she met up with a friend for lunch in Toluca Lake, California yesterday. Personally, I think wearing a pair of rain boots, skinny jeans, and a comfy sweater is the perfect way to enjoy a rainy or slushy snow day.

It just doesn't rain that much where I live. When it does rain and I HAVE to be out, I wear my rain jacket with a hood and make a mad dash into the place I am going. Wellies just are not fashionable where I live. I can honestly say I have never seen any.
