The Madden Brothers Cooking At Denny's

Yesterday afternoon, Joel & Benji Madden took over the Denny's kitchen to create their own menu item for this summer's upcoming installment of Denny's Rockstar Menu. The menu currently is offering the 'Hot N Cold Cherry Chocolate Cappuccino" created by Katy Perry among others.
The guys created several different varieties of burrito, EACH including vegetarian & vegan options.
Madden fans, does this make you want to go to Denny's now that you know the two men worked on a menu item? When I was in college, Denny's was a STAPLE for me, but there are none where I live as an adult! :(

On Valentine's Day 2001, hubby and I went to Denny's for brunch. I ate the Farmer's Slam and ended up in the emergency room with severe abdominal cramps. Never solved it. But I always think about it when we eat there!

I dont want to sound superficial, but are they supposed to be identical? I mean, I know they are twins, obviously, but I've always found Joel to be better looking than Benji.
I'll be interested in seeing who creates what items on the menu. Who knows, it might be worth trying. My grandma and I tend to go to Denny's when we're together. There's one right next to her house - actually quite a few - so we go there for breakfast before starting our day when we have plans.
Funny how they've created Vegan and Vegetarian dishes when only one of them is a (supposed) Vegetarian. They're both liars. And there's only one reason they're both so skinny. Snort.

Eeeeww! No way...What do they know about food? I thought Denny's was mostly just a late night place for stoners & druggies & partiers to hang out, that would be appropriate...People actually go there with family for real meals?

Yay! A vegan item. Normally, you couldn't drag me into a Denny's, but I might show up just to encourage these sorts of menu changes :)

Not a Madden fan, or a Denny's fan .. but I am certainly a vegetarian fan. If they have it in my area .. ill check it out.
