Doesn't Kim Kardashian look... different? I mean, her make up is flawless!!
A fresh faced Kim was seen leaving her NYC hotel on her way to enjoy one of the many Fashion Week shows the city has to offer. Her look is so perfect in these shots right? I guess I'm used to seeing her running errands and not really as red carpet ready.
Either way, she's a beautiful girl.

Her nose looks thinner/smaller. Just compare it to other photos, it's pretty obvious.
And while her makeup does look flawless, it's precisely the opposite of "fresh faced," isn't it? (I always consider that to mean clean and makeup-free.)
kim is gorgeous! she always has been. she does have extensions, but most celebs, etc. wear them - no one has that much hair. i think that she is just so beautiful!!!!

I think it's her make-up. She has been in the news too much lately to have had time to have had work done. Besides, she does not need it. She is beautiful. I don't know why people are always talking bad about her. I think this is just a case of too much make-up. She is usually seen with less on.

her complexion is much lighter than usual and she look like she has cheek implants and possibly a nose job. She looks gorgeous though but starting to look a little waxy.
the makeup looks like it was sprayed on and the lipstick color is hideous. I wonder if she can even move her face of it's plastered in that position.

She's gone hollyweird witht he plastic surgery. It looks kinda china dollish. She still looks okay though.
When I think of "fresh faced" I think of no makeup or barely any makeup. She is done up to the extreme. I guess I don't see her enough to know - but did she get surgery on her face??
She's starting to look like her mother, and not in a good way. Yes her makes is pretty but her face looks weird. I guess she thinks plastic surgery will get Reggie to propose to her. You can't turn a ho into a housewife.

There is something with her cheek bones...they look bigger like maybe she had something injected into them... It's definitely something in the cheek area!!
she just lost a ton of weight which made her cheeckbone stand out a little more...she just lost some fat in the face, she looks thinner and more polished plus the light eye make up and red lips is a diff look for her she usually wear dark eye make up and nude lips stick

she is pretty but empty and a slut, like a faux gold necklace that you can buy for 5 bucks from gypsies. it is shiny and looks pretty but it tarnishes fast. so is kim
