While I don't condone violence of any kind against women, I also have to say that no one but Rihanna and Chris Brown knows what happened that night. If they're back together, maybe it was as *bad* as it was made out to be. Perhaps, they have an equally abusive relationship and this incident was slightly blown out of proportion. Please don't flame me for this, it's just an opinion.

Yeah, it's true that we don't know EXACTLY what happened. But we pretty much do know that he beat her in SOME way. We saw the picture of her face after what happened and it was abouslutely AWFUL! I hope nothing like this ever happens to her again, but at the same time, a person doesnt just up and change in the course of a few weeks. It's ridiculous, and sorry to say, but she's an idiot for letting him back into her life if this is indeed true. There are a million fish in the sea, and she is beautiful enough to find someone else who will treat her with the respect ANY human being deserves. It's everyone's business, right? I like how the world feels the need/judge others' whom they do not know and have never/will never meet... and also know zero FACTS about the situation. Really sad. I wonder how random people would feel if suddenly thousands of strangers started prying into their lives, analyzing their relationships, and making decisions FOR them. Their life=their business. I was recently in a similar situation. Thank god it wasn't as bad as Rihanna's, the guy I was with very abusive to me emotionally. My friends kept on telling me to get out but I didn't want to listen to them because I thought I knew that they were wrong about him.
I remember before my situation I was very ignorant and judgemental over hearing girls stay with their abusive boyfriends. I couldn't understand how they couldn't just leave them; real easy. Easier said than done.
We don't know Rihanna's situation and rude comments are not going to help. We don't know anything about her situation.

I really hoped that with this incident (what little we know of it) being so "covered," Rihanna would feel "accountable" to the public. Not that she owes anybody anything, but nobody has disputed that Chris beat her pretty severely (he turned himself in, duh) and you would think that this public knowledge would make her say, "Okay, everyone knows and has my back." Not to mention the fact that it would make her appear weak to forgive him. I'm not criticizing her, just saying what I would think if I were in her shoes.
