Poker Fun

Poker Fun

Last night the entire family went out to meet some of Bill's friends for dinner. We almost canceled because I am still not 100%, but ended up going just to get out the house.

Disaster!

I could barely sit up for the entire meal and our waitress was from another planet. It would take her a half hour to do ANYTHING. My kids were screaming, I was unable of holding a conversation, and the food was so NOT WW friendly.

TO BOOT I ran into an old co-worker. She saw my kids hanging from the ceiling. I was like.... UGH!

But whatever, what can I do? So is life! :)

Tonight, we are going to play poker with some friends. I am not really up on the game... I know you have to make pairs etc. But what beats what??? Who knows? Going to do a bit of research now.

I'll let you know if I win anything. We each have to bring $20. LOL

Puhleez, the coworker is probably jealous that she's still working in a cubicle and you get do a fabulous job at home in your jammies. ;) (I don't know if what you did involved a cubicle but it sounded good LOL). I don't know much about poker, either. Good luck tonight!!

Aah the "hungry kids waiting for dinner at the restaurant" scenario! Its the worst isn't it?? And I'm sure the kids know when you are feeling weak and vunerable and they stick it to you even more...oh, yes good times. Next time will be better!
