Hayden Panettiere Can't Hide Her Hate For The Press Anymore
Oh boy! While Hayden Panettiere was walking the red carpet for a fundraiser gala in Hawaii, a reporter tapped her on the shoulder to request an interview.
She went nuts!
US Weekly is reporting the 19 year old turned around and started screaming,
"Back up. Don’t you ever touch me."
She then addressed the entire group of photographers and reporters who were hired to cover the event and said,
You all make my life miserable"
I don't know. What do you think about this story? Is it exaggerated? Or did she just really speak her mind?

If (this story is any truth) all i know is that is gotta be so hard at times having all of this people hungry for a shot and annoying the crap outta you but then again it's what they do...and is almost not fair that they just have it all too easy money, fame and luxury it has to have some kind of reality don't you think???
I think now that she's not with Milo anymore she doesn't have to pretend to be mature and nice anymore. Who goes off at a charity red carpet? You should be a little nicer honey. Heroes is sucking big b*lls at the moment and soon she won't have to worry about the press at all.
She is an idiot, plain and simple. Once her TV show leaves the air, people will forget all about her. She will be BEGGING for attn from paps THEN!
The epitome of double edged sword, but YOU ultimately decide your career path.

There are lots of actors who make a very successful living and aren't constantly hounded by the cameras. The grand difference between an actor and a celebrity. (The two titles are not mutually exclusive)
The most accurate statement in INO history.

I dont believe it, especially on the red carpet.
I hate to say it but she does seem like the type that would snap like that. She's got a little diva thing going. Can't say I would like the press around like that either, but if this story it true, she needs to mature a bit.
Well then she can go back to anonymity and stay out of the limelight.
I think it is seriously going too far touching her. Why on earth would anyone want someone touching them out of no where when you are surrounded by people yelling for you and trying to take your pictures. It sounds suffocating. I definitely would not want any physical contact with these people. I live in toronto and the premier here recently decided that he needed to make space between him and the reporters mobbing him with questions. He let them know that they will now have to stand a few feet away from him. Don't you hate it when you are in line and the person behind you is practically on you and they want you to move up to be on the person in front of you? Everyone likes their personal space.

i thought the same about the touching.
the paps were probably not only slightly tipping her on the shoulder but grabbing it or something rude. not many people would react that agressive if they weren't treated rudely themselves before. (oh, my english is bad today)
She’s only 19 and has been in the Entrainment business her whole life so she’s been sheltered. She gets a minor pass from me but when 651,000 Americans lost their jobs last week I don’t think she has such a miserable life. That was very poor choice of words on her part. I hope she really doesn’t feel she has such a miserable life, that would be really self indulgent of her to think so.
I am not sure whether this actually happened - she is supposed to have pulled a major strop in front of dozens of cameras - there would be photos if it really happened.
It is probably blown out of proportion, but if it's true then consider that she probably had a million people surrounding her, probably couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of the spot where she stood, and to top it all off someone (who she couldn't see because they were behind her) was grabbing or tapping her on the shoulder. It's got to be annoying and she would be right anyway. No one should have been touching her.
I believe this is a bit exaggerated, she's so cute.

I would support her if it was in the street, but in the red carpet? seriously, why does she even go to the event if she doesnt want to be photographed?

Um, touching of any kidn, especially by an obnoxious stranger is a good enough reason to snap. There's something called personal space - respect it! =^_^=
ellie you're a total idiot.

I agree, Ellie. If I were in her shoes and a photographer touched me without permission, I'd go postal. The paps seem to think the stars are their own personal property. They block their cars from leaving, they are in their faces all the time....it's very disrespectful. I hope Hayden did snap at them.
She should be glad that the paparazzi pay attention to her. Because she is just an immature boring little girl!
And what the f*** a guy is tapping on her shoulder to get an interview on a CHARITY event. She just should calm down.
"You all make my life miserable"?????
Please she not getting THAT much attention. And if you don't want media and photographers do not go to an charity event!!!!! Give me a break!
She' s just a hypocrite......
she won't have to worry about that..i'm sure her career isn't going to last that long..
