Drew Barrymore NOT Directing Eclipse

Relieved, or dissapointed? I don't know what to think about this news. Variety is reporting that a Spanish director, Juan Antonio Bayona, will be doing the next Twilight film...NOT Drew Barrymore.

The studio hasn't made an official announcement yet, but they have given Eclipse a release date of June 30, 2010. Start your countdown now. :P

What are your thoughts? Were you hoping to see Drew in the driver's seat for one of the franchise films, or is this news good news for you?

She's generally a good director. Never seen Twilight though, so can't say if that would be a good one for her. Also, I'm normally a fan of Drew Barrymore but she looks terrible in these pictures!
