Taylor Momsen Having Lunch

In between breaks for the show, "Gossip Girl" Taylor Momsen grabbed some lunch with a friend at Hale & Hearty Soups in New York yesterday afternoon. Taylor shows us once again that floral prints are making a HUGE comeback which is pretty evident if you've been to a Target recently. :)
At first, I was so busy looking at Taylor's outfit I didn't notice the little dog (click on thumbnails) in the shot. Upon closer inspection, it appears his/her owner not only made the dog wear a striped hoodie, but also wear a green mohawk. Yeah... You heard me, the pooch is sporting a GREEN DOGGY MOHAWK.
Someone was in the St. Patty's Day spirit!! :)

No one ever says anything about her extra petite-ness, but I think she may have a bit of a problem. I mean, she looks WAY thinner than Lindsay, who is already a stick.

she's definitely thin, but it seems like her natural weight to me.
