I have to jump in the shower and get ready for my laser hair removal appointment. My original intention was to write out every single item I use in link form, but am just going to post the video I shot yesterday instead.
What's in YOUR make up bag?? Favorite finds?

Well, i have a face moisturizer (the Dramatically Different day cream by CLINIQUE), a mascara (cheap one, they're the best), a fluid foundation by Maybelline, a black khôl eye pencil (Maybelline also), a tweezer, a black eye shadow for when i feel 'smoky' :) and a comb.
I also carry a tiny bottle of 'Madame' by Jean-Paul Gaultier in my purse :)

right now (like, what i brought to work) is my bareMinerals spf 15 foundation in light - i use this as my concealer and cover up. rimmell blush in berry - i LOVE this blush, it is my absolute fave. and finally i have cover girl lash blast waterproof mascara in black brown. this is my everyday - if i decide to spice it up i'll use a wet n wild bronzer and mary kay eyeliner in black.
Lots of MAC.... lipstick Lure and Lollipop Loving, Polar Opposites Duo, Naked Lunch and Moth Brown es, MAC 239 brush, Deckchair and Sweet Sienna pigment,

Hey Vera, I was the one who asked what are your "must haves in your bag"...I was referring to your purse/pocket book!! LOL but I enjoyed seeing all your make-up recommendations and at the end you DID say what you carry in your purse. BTW..Have you tried the Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara? I've tried hundreds and hundreds of mascaras and it turns out the best result I ever got was from Cover Girl..go figure!
and i forgot the Most important:

My basics: bobbi brown corrector (under eye), bobbi brown blemish stick, bobbi brown oil free foundation, smashbox bionic mascara, burt's bees pomegranate lip balm, MAC blush, cover girl clear mascara (for brows), benefit powderflage (to set corrector), urban decay 24/7 black eyeliner, CARGO blu_ray pressed powder, benefit high-brow... and assorted eyeshadows from bobbi brown or cover girl. Also lots of nice brushes from MAC, bobbi brown, and sephora. And lip glosses from everywhere :)
OOH and my favorite: Philosophy- The Present -Clear Makeup (alone to make my pores look smaller or under foundation to keep everything set!) And I've used Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion for years... my dermatologist loves it and its the only lotion i'll use on my face!

In my makeup bag: Everyday Minerals Foundation, Concealer, Finishing Powder, Blush, and Bronzer - I have bad skin and this stuff covers everything and is healthy for your skin. MAC blush (Pink Swoon) also when I want a change of colour. Assorted EDM and MAC eyeshadows. Annabelle black pencil eyeliner, maybelline black liquid eyeliner if I want to be more dramatic. EDM eyebrow powder, MAC Prep and Prime Eyelash Primer, MAC Pro longlash mascara. Every brush and tool imaginable to apply it all. MAC lipstick and lipglass (I have bought the same ones twice b/c I keep losing them and I lost them AGAIN last week-boo!). I used to use Smashbox foundation and Benefit concealer and they can't touch the coverage and matte effect I get from Everday Minerals. I swear my family and friends think I am a salesperson for EDM because I praise them so much haha I just found out about it on an acne website and checked it out. I can't remember the name of the website but there is a database that rates the hazardousness of specific makeup items by brand. Really worth looking at! I sometimes used MAC pigment products and some of them rate really bad on the list. eek.

- Clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion: been using this stuff for almost six years; it's so refreshing and really moisturizes and does not give me any zits!
- Physician's Formula shimmer strips bronzer: Makes you GLOW!!!
- Physician's Formula magic mozaic bronzer: a suble bronzer that can be used as a blush or to add just a touch of sun.
- Maybelline unstoppable mascara: Now discontinued :( But it makes my lashes so dark, long, thick and just defined. I always get asked what mascara I use.
- Smashbox lip enhancing gloss in "Pout": non-sticky, moisturizing, subtle colour, and so smooth!
- Lise Watier liquid eye glitter liner in "Diamond": super sparkly eyeliner to wear when you're going out. The sparkles do not come off until you use makeup remover! It's amazing.

And then I have a huge basket full of other makeup that I only occasioanlly use.

Body Shop 2in1 face base, best foundation I have ever used and I have used some really expensive stuff (Este Lauder, YSL, Dior) and none of them was as quick and easy to put on or as long lasting and shine free.
Benefit BadGal eyeliner, love it lasts for ever.
Body Shop Mascara, I have DiorShow but don't use it daily.
Thats all, if I want a bit of color in my cheeks I use Benefit HighBeam or Dandelion, CORALista, Hoola.
If I'm going someware fancy I'll use YSL Touche Eclat or Benefit Boi-ing.
If I have time to prepare I'll put some liquid eyeliner on, Maybeline.
Thats all. I use clinique moisturiser and No7 protect and perfect.
