Update On Office
I am getting there! Hubby and I made a quick run to Home Goods and hit the jackpot with beachy themed knick-knack. While the room is still WANTING for furniture, I am happy about where we are after day two.
I'm still thinking about painting a bit more on the border - I have a drop layer that is screaming for a shade. But I'm tired truth be told, and I don't think it will happen. For now, the tape stays up.
Also, that isn't my chair - I haven't bought one yet. Going next week back to the outlets to pick one up.
AND I need a lamp - there really isn't much light. But other than that - I am SUPER happy. I should bring my sound machine down here and put on the ocean noise. Oh wait - then I would pass out while working. LOL!

It looks very nice. The beach theme fits right in, on Long Island. In Colorado, not so much, even tho I decorated my loft with a lighthouse theme. That is our reading area. You have done a nice job with the decorating. At my house hubby does the painting and I do the shopping. I am a lousy painter. I love the lighthouse, did it come with the fish or did you do that yourself? There is Bill fish, Vera fish, Natalie fish and Liam fish. Kohls had some beachy things back in their housewares section.
