Robert Pattison Before Twilight - Singing In 'How To Be'

Here's some footage of Robert Pattinson in a film he made before Twilight. Yes, there was Pattinson before he became Edward. :)
The movie is called 'How to Be' and the actor gets to show off his chops during a short but sweet singing scene.
Rob's character "hits a quarter-life crisis when he gets dumped by his girlfriend and he loses his job then, inspiration strikes!
What do you think? Sound interesting? Something you want to see? Would you care about the storyline if Edward... I mean Robert wasn't in it?

I've been anxious to see this for eons. It's been making the rounds at festivals. I preordered the soundtrack.

Probably not .. seems too 'down-to-earth' imo .. people need fantasies not their real life thrown at them when they go to the movies .. it's way too much depressing ..

I find him hilarious! If you haven't already, you really need to watch Twilight with the commentary on. I watched it yesturday with a friend and we were cracking up so much at Rob.
He was making jokes at himself, and laughing at certain scenes that he thought were awkward. My fave was when Edward was showing his 'glitterness' to Bella. You hear Rob start to sing, "I don't see nothin' wroooong!" and then he jokes, saying, "Gee, Bella.. I am just so sweaty! Ahh.." He gets Kristen and Cat laughing alot.
Actually I would, I love these Indie flicks. Robert Pattinson starring in it only makes it more worth the ticket. Yaaay.
