Nicky Hilton & Katy Perry in Matthew Williams For H&M

First Katy Perry was spotted in New York rocking the Sequin and Peacock dress by Matthew Williamson for H&M. A week later Nicky Hilton was seen in Las Vegas sporting the same dress. The colletion is set to launch in H&M stores nationwide on April 23rd, 2009. The peacock dress pictured above will retail for $90.
