Congratulations are in order! A major female character on a popular and highly rated hour-long drama series will learn that she's pregnant next month.
Come to think of it, hold off on the congratulations. This is far from a happy occasion. You see, the expectant mom will be none too thrilled to find herself with child. For starters, the timing couldn't be worse -- both professionally and personally. And then there's the baby daddy. He's been, um, going through some stuff lately. Personal stuff. The kind of stuff only a psychologist and/or a surgeon can fix. A kid is an extra dose of crazy he probably doesn't need right now either.
On the other hand, maybe a new life is exactly the kind of game-changing event these two do need. As the saying goes, good things come in initially small packages.
Of course, there's an added wrinkle I have yet to mention. The bun in her oven? It may have company.
Who will unexpectedly find herself in a family way and then some?

all of the guesses from ausiello's blog were characters and not acutal people. but some of the guesses centered around actresses are pregnant in real life.

How could this be about real life? How on earth would a gossip blogger know about a womans pregnancy before the woman herself!? That would be a serious problem with doctor-paitent laws.
If it is from a TV show, Dr. Yang and Hunt would so work, but they kind of did this with her and Dr. Burke, wouldn't that be a little repetitive?

I hope it's not Yang and Hunt , it would be so repetitive and not good for their storyline. It could be Cuddy in Dr house couldn't it?

what about ellen pompeo's character? i don't watch her show but i thought of her since she just announced she's pregnant.
i'm going with yang and hunt in greys anatomy, they fit the bill perfectly, it coulnd't be grey herself because derek doesn't need mental help/surgeons help.

Hmmm, sounds like something that might come up on House... though if House is the daddy, Im seriously wondering who the momma is. Maybe Cuddy? We're gonna need a follow up on this one, there are so many shows I dont watch, I might miss something!
It could still be Meredith. Derek had a serious breakdown recently (and the blind item did say lately, so it fits), and if things don't go well with Izzie, he might slide back into that dark place again. And as mentioned above, Ellen Pompeo did just announce her pregnancy, so it would work perfectly.

Anyone who watched House tonight... KNOWS it's House. The clip for the next few weeks showed House admitting he's halucinating, and Cuddy asking him if he wants to kiss her (then answer was "Yes, always".) It's definitely House, I have zero doubt!
